Simply pristine year round rental awaits your rest and relaxation in sunny, Chandler, Arizona. This charming home has a beautiful desert landscape consisting of a resort style backyard which boasts a large fountain and in-ground spa spool. This one level property has three bedroom (which can easily sleep 6) and two full size bathrooms, fully applianced kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and two car garage. The home is furnished with a beautiful, calming, southwestern decor and is located in a quiet, safe, child friendly, gated, lake community (Lagos Vistoso). It is located 20 mins from Sky Harbor Airport and Downtown Phoenix. It is also minutes from spring training baseball, and is surrounded by dozens of championship golf courses that will test your skills. Or you take a day trip to the Grand Canyon, or beautiful Sedona, Arizona. This home is in close proximity to many local shopping areas, several casinos and fine dining I just love it here and so will you!!

Cleaning fees: A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required.
Security Deposits: A $500 Refundable Security Deposit is taken by the owner in the case of unauthorized late check-out, missing keys ($100 each), cancellation fees, renter incurred expenses i.e., damage to rental home or common areas, and for extraordinary cleaning requirements caused by anyone in your party and guests. This is not an all inclusive list and other reasonable reasons for charges exist. The $500 deposit will be fully refunded by mail within 14 days of tenant vacating, the amount refunded is dependent upon the condition of the unit when owner inspects and takes inventory of personal property.
Total Deposits: The security deposit, cleaning fee, and total rental amount is due and payable prior to your arrival. Exactly half of this sum is due 60 days before your arrival and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. - If you are booking less than 14 days in advance a payment for the full amount is due with the signed lease.
