Although I was a bit worried with a condo rental, this was the best idea we ever had! No hassles, easy access, great beach, great location. Clean tasteful decorations, comfortable beds, and everything worked. Even when the TV had a glitch, Alex was at the condo within 2 hours and fixed the problem. Easy walking distance to a variety of eating establishments. The beach in front of the condo was the best we found, we walked up and down the beach as far as we could, no other area was better, or less crowded. If you are seeking a comfortable area for families or just peace and quiet, this is the place. If you are looking for a party beach , this is not the place. We will return again

We had a great week at this Condo. The Owners and Property Manager did a great job. They would have stocked the shelves if asked. It is on the best beach in Cancun and has great access to everything. Transactions with the Owners were very smooth and communication was great. I would recommend this condo 100%. Our family of six left Wyoming in a snow storm and it was tough to leave the warm comfy beach. Everything on the web site is accurate including pictures. The property is clean and well maintained. The only glitch was figuring out the hot water which took ten minutes. We had our security deposit back within one week. Class act place. They coordinated deep sea fishing and other excursions for us which took that stress off our family. Thanks for everything.

Family from Indiana,
We have been vacationing in Cancun basically every year since 1996. We have stayed at the Ritz, multiple times at the JW and a few other hotels over the years. Hands down, our best and most enjoyable experience has been staying in Terri's and Brian's condo at the BVG over the last two years. It's beautiful with more than enough room for our group of seven (5 children ages 10 to 19). It's so nice to not have to worry about a spot at the pool or the beach, plus it's in an absolutely perfect location. We would highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants to enjoy Cancun at it's finest.

Just fantastic!!

I highly recommend this property (although you can't have it when we want it again....lol) The pictures don't do it justice. It is simply beautiful inside and outside. We miss it terribly and we have only been gone for 5 days now. It is very clean and the computer and TV/DVD was a nice touch. The pool and beach were amazing, as were the views from the mulitple balconies. We had 3 children under the age of 4, and it was perfect. We didn't even have to baby proof it. Thanks Brian and Terri for allowing us to stay in your condo....we'll be back!
