My 3 Visits to this lake front home

My wife and I have vacationed at this lake front home 3 separate times.

The cabin, itself, is artfully decorated and has all modern facilities to make vacationing a joy.

Each time we have explored all the facilities of the estate and enjoyed playing bocci and using the swimming pool.

Morning and evening strolls along the quiet roadway reveal wild flowers, deer grazing near some cabins and other small creatures.

The car access to the main entrance makes easing unloading and loading personal belongings.

A back deck becomes an excellent environment for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.

The dock in the back yard gives access to Beaver Lake, a nice spot to fish or to launch canoes or kayaks for lake cruising.

We found the residents and vacationers to be friendly and sociable.

The photos displayed on View Property Details accurately depict the
entire environment.

My daughter and son-in-law with their teen age children enjoyed these times.

I find this an ideal spot to get away and enjoy nature.

On Golden Pond

This home is beautifully located on small hill that leads down to a placid pond. As you enter through the front door, you sense the warmth & love that the owners have so carefully embellished upon in its lovely, country décor. The hardwood floors & trim, the fireplace set into the knotty pine walls, the open kitchen & family room with cathedral ceilings – all embrace you in, providing a sense of tranquility & relaxation. There are 2 separate floors with plenty of immaculate bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms that provide just enough separation for privacy. There is a deck off of the family room that steps down to a short path leading to the pond with a private dock. We have been to this home on vacation several times – both winter & summer -- & the winter with its snow scalloping down this hill is a winter wonderland for children & a sled! If you are looking for serenity & a relaxing vacation, this home is it! If you are looking for activity with a place to kick-up your feet at night, there are ski slopes, community swim club & plenty of lakes in the area!

Great location and relaxing vacation

I would love to go back to this lake front property for another vacation. Very comfortable "cabin feel." I especially love the hammock in the back yard! It was great to wake up to the cool, fresh mountain air during my stay. The area is great. There are lots of things to do in the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and can sleep multiple families. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone. Five stars!!!!

My husband and two children had a fantastic week vacationing in this home. From the get-go it was very easy dealing with the owners. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and amenities the house and community offer since we've had experiences where "things weren't always like they seem," but that wasn't the case for this rental. The house was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this property for a summer trip (lots of exercise), and my husband and I have discussed returning in the winter! It's a great find for the $$.

Nice home, unfortunate neighborhood

The home was nice, well kept, with a very nice kitchen/living room. It is a long, steep walk to the dock. Neighbors were very difficult concerning a specific issue at this address. The laundry room was excellent for keeping up with clean/washed clothes. The deck is nice, and provides a beautiful view of the lake.
