Brand New Luxury 5 Story Town home! Your own private elevator stops on every floor. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and intercoastal waterways from your private rooftop terrace. Have a 'cheeseburger in paradise' while you enjoy our hot tub! Gas grill and patio set are on the terrace as well. Private Master suite located on the entire 4th level. Enjoy the king sized bed, jetted garden tub, walk in shower, patio with views of the Gulf. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed. Bedroom # 3 has 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds that will sleep a total of 4 (perfect for the kids). Luxury features throughout including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. This fully furnished town home is like a home away from home. All towels, linens & kitchen items are there for your convenience. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to pier 60, shops & restaurants. Free access to community basketball & tennis. Biggest & best pool on the beach less than a 1 minute walk. Daily fee.
