My husband, myself, and our 4 children (ages 20-24) traveld to Florida for the first time in May. We found Tammy's townhome on the internet and after many hours of looking at vacation rentals we decided we would give this one a try. It was a great choice. The townhome is located just a short walk from a great beach area. The downtown area filled with shopping and restaurants which are also within walking distance. The evening entertainment at the peir is definetly worth viewing. The townhome provided excellent accomodations for our family. Having a washer and dryer available in the townhome was wonderful. We did a lot of grilling on the rooftop and enjoyed the hot tub during the evening. I would absolutely recommend this townhome to anyone. I hope that someday we will be able to visit the Clearwater Beach area again and I would definetly stay at Tammy's townhome (by the way Tammy is very easy to deal with and it is obvious that she cares about her property.)

Great place to stay

This condo was so great. The roof being a big bonus with the hot tub and grill. The view of the ocean on one side and bay on the other was nice. We rented this condo for a girls getaway for a week. The 5 story condo was big enough for us to spread out and not get on each others nerves (8 women in the same house for a week could get ugly). There is a 2 car garage and an elevator. You don't need to use your car though because there is a jolly trolley stop right out front that will take you were you need to go for $2. Charlie, one of the jolley trolley drivers, will give you the Clearwater Beach tour for $2 and show you all the important things (grocery store, liquor store, best restaurants). The condo is within walking distance to pier 60, shops, restaurants, and city pool. The pictures on the web site don't do this place justice. It is so much better than expected. We were like a bunch of kids when we got there running up and down the steps checking everything back. Tammy is so nice and makes you feel at home there. She has lots of stuff that you are can use. We will definately stay there again.

We stayed for the week of our wedding (8/2-8/9) - we had a perfect stay! Everything went great! Nice little thai place across the street too!! Tammy was super nice and very helpful! Very spacious condo, elevator came in handy w/moving our giant mass of luggage...jacuzzi was soooo nice on the cooler nights! View cannot even be described - just that gorgeous! Walk across the small park out front to the beach - really easy to get to. Garage can fit 2 smaller cars, and driveway can fit 2 smaller or 1 larger. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was great!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful vacation! The townhouse was clean and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to see the beach from the front of the house and the marina from the back. Traveled with 4 teenagers who enjoyed being able to walk a short walk to the beach or shops or Pier 60. One day was windy, so they enjoyed going to the roof and tanning out of the wind! If you needed to travel further down to other beaches, there was a trolley service that went past the house too, however we did not use this service during our stay. The elevator came in handy on arrival and departure days for the suitcases, but would be great if you did not want to/could not walk up and down the stairs. I would recommend this townhouse to a friend and we would stay there again. PS: Be sure to eat at Crabby Bill's - we loved it!!
