This 2BR/2BA condominium sleeps 4-6 adults. The home is equipped with a full size kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry room. Everything about this condo is new!!! All you need to bring with you are your clothes as this unit is furnished and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. We are 20 minutest away from Airport, Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Kitchen includes new maple wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, Quality Cookware, Blender, Coffee Maker, Silverware, and glassware for 6-8. Amenities include an entertainment center with TV.

We are 4 hours away from the spectacular Grand Canyon and 1.5 hours to beautiful red rocks of Sedona This unit is very close to valley activities like Spring Training Camps, Baseball, Football, Hockey, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Golf, Tennis, GYM within a mile, cinemas, live theatre, go karting and whole lot of other activities. This property is in an excellent area and you wouldn’t want to leave it once you are here!!!
