Our calender is up to date. Available or Unknown means the property is Available. We offer the entire month of April at a 35% discount to our normal rates if you mention seeing it on Homeaway. We are currently offering 'late booking discounts'. If you book within 2 weeks of your arrival we will give you 20% off our nightly rate. You will love our large luxurious, clean and private studio with custom, hand milled, hardwood oak floors and cherry cabinets. A king size bed with down pillows, comforter and 600 count linens allow for restful sleeping. An additional sleeper sofa and queen blow up mattress are included. Full modern industrial kitchen with washer/dryer. High speed broadband wired and wireless connections. Cable TV w/ DVD player. Four blocks from the Animas River Trail and bike path to downtown. This lovely studio is located within the Durango City limits in the Northern part of town west of the Durango recreation center, on highway 500 and 27th street, about 1/4 mile. The local downtown main street area is a 25 minute walk along the beautiful Animus River bike trail. The Durango Recreation center is a 10 minute walk.

The best appointed and most comfortable lodging of the nine places we stayed on our month long trip. Much better looking than the rental website photos, it is spacious and airy with a high ceiling and large picture windows and tastefully decorated with newer, better quality furnishings. The modern full size washer and dryer is very convenient, the large walk-in closet leading to the bath has plenty of storage space and the kitchen has modern appliances, a good selection of cooking/eating ware and generous cabinet/counter space.

Its location, above a garage and adjacent to a middle school did not detract in any way from our stay. It is close to the town’s bus and free trolley stops and the downtown area with its many nice shops and restaurants is about two miles away.

Overall, the studio is an 'A' lodging and we would stay there again. It is extremely comfortable for two and would be fine for a family of four or five.

We found this studio to be as advertised. It was very comfortable for the two of us. It is a short drive to downtown Durango. Kitchen area is more than adequate, but if you plan on cooking make sure you bring/buy your own herbs/spices as there's not much there (not a complaint -- just an observation). The only amenity that we found lacking was an iron and ironing board. We would definitely rent this property again, and have already recommended it to friends.

Nice place for 2

This is a lovely condo. Everything is top-notch and I would not hesitate to recommend it to a couple. Four is possible, but six is certainly a stretch unless you really like the people you are with and don't care about privacy at all. Whitewater rafting in Durango is great - the train ride from Silverton is very scenic, but very long - it only goes about 15 miles an hour so it takes 3.5 hours to get back to Durango.

Excellent Studio Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this studio. We are a family of four (two adults and two small children). Plenty of room. It was extremely clean, well appointed and good size (about 800 sq. ft.). It's location is great. It is about two blocks from main street and roughly in the center of town. It has nice appliances and was fully stocked with kitchen utensils.

If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars. A few things would have been nice: parking in the garage, and a premium movie channel. Also, note you are above the garage. One morning, someone opened the garage at 8 am in the morning and it is loud, we were all up after that.

Superior in every way. Looks better than the photos which arre great anyways. Brand new. Spotless. Great service. I have recommended it to friends, hope we can still get in!
Perfect distance from town. Got away from the tourism, nice walks & drives to explore.
We were delightfully pleased & can't wait to come back & try the impending most beautiful hot tub I've ever seen!
