2 Bedrooms - 2 Full baths

Escape the crowds and come relax on beautiful Melbourne Beach, home to great surfing, fishing and just minutes from Sebastian Inlet State Park. Two parking spaces, one open space and a full garage. Our condo is in impeccable condition and is equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. All new furniture and accents with tiled floors throughout the condo. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen and Dining area. The front balcony has a view of the Indian River to enjoy spectacular sunsets. Enjoy ocean views, marine life and beach watching from the oceanfront balcony. Our condo is equipped with linens, washer & dryer, a fully-equipped Kitchen, cable TV and a 1950's Jukebox in the Living Room. Grocery Shopping, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center are all within a mile. This area of Melbourne Beach has great surfing and fishing and is so serene it is the perfect place to come to relax and unwind. Non-smoking home and no pets.

Kitchen: Our Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking amenities. Granite counter top throughout with a pass through island with four counter stools. The refrigerator is large with an ice maker and outside water dispenser. The dishwasher is located conveniently next to the sink. There is a large pantry off the kitchen to store all your needs. A coffee maker and toaster oven also compliment the kitchen. Sink is equipped with a garbage disposal. Glassware and tableware are plentiful and make for a great table setting.

Dining Room: The dining room has a glass table that seats four comfortably. The table is accented with a silk flower arrangement and a hanging chandelier The breakfront in the dining room has fine china and upscale tableware for entertaining. Several plate settings are available with matching napkins and table protectors. The breakfront also has a stereo with a CD player with an array of CD's supplied for your enjoyment. The speakers for the stereo are wall mounted for great sound throughout the condo.

Living Room: The Living Room has a full leather sofa that at each end has the ability to recline. There are also two leather recliners that are extremely comfortable for watching TV and enjoying the Ocean views. An area rug compliments the leather furniture. There is a 32' television in the living room with a VCR and DVD player. There are several prerecorded movies supplied in the TV cabinet. There is a set of binoculars that are available for you to enjoy the beach, water and wildlife.

The Ocean front balcony is off the living room with incredible views and great moon and sun rises.

A great central location to travel and see all the sights in Florida - Just a little over a hour to Orlando and all the Theme Parks - Spressard Hollow Golf Course and Tennis are less than a mile away - the area has an incredible reputation for fishing both surf and river - located by two major baseball spring training stadiums - zoo - and of course the fantastic sea turtles come right on our beach. Kennedy Space Center just to the north of us you can watch the lift-offs from the beach or your balcony or just sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by.
