This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is owned & managed by us. You get personal service when you call. We are in the heart of Gulf Shores, right on the beach. Sit in the living room & watch the waves wash ashore, or the kids play in the pool. The kitchen window has a wonderful view to the east. Large wrap around balcony has direct ocean views in 3 directions.

The master bedroom opens to the balcony. It has a queen size bed, comfortable chair, & cable TV. We just put in a new memory foam mattress that you will love. Two bedside tables have nice reading lamps.

The second bedroom has its own bath with step-in shower and twin beds.

The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, two comfortable chairs, 40' flat screen TV, and DVD player.

We are across the street from small grocery and within walking distance of great restaurants. Within walking distance to several

nice restaurants and The Hangout.

We are .09th of a mile from the intersection of Hwy 59. No smoking and no pets allowed

I loved the condo, the description was accurate the pictures actually tell the story of the unit. The price was right, the previous times that I have visited Gulf Shores I stayed in a hotel and paid more per night than I did with this unit. Each time I left the hotels I was very disappointed whereas I left this condo very impressed! the property was clean and well maintained. Customer service was great, and I would recommend this condo to anyone.

This is a great condo with great views. I prefer a smaller condo instead of the highrise setting. Having two baths is a great feature even for just two people since we didn't have to take turns getting ready. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Depending on the way the sun hits the balcony, you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. Beverly was great to work with and is extremely responsive in answering emails. This is also a great location due to its proximity to stores and restaurants both along Beach Blvd and Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59).

My family and I just spent a week at Beverleys condo. It was wonderful. It was super clean and very tastefully decorated. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking my coffee and watching the sun rise. Beverley was great to work with she answered all my emails promptly. I would recommend this condo to anyone thinking on taking a vacation to Gulf Shores. This was our fourth year there and the best yet. Thank you Beverley for making our vacation such a great one! What a great vacation!!! Bev, your condo was extremely nice, very clean, and just what the doctor ordered. Spent 9 days there and loved every minute of it. Would highly recommend and hope to be able to rent again in the future.
