Just under 2300 square feet, this brand new, gorgeous home has everything for a relaxing, affordable getaway: spacious floor plan with open family room; separate den/office; big, open loft with an over-sized, cushy sectional, chair, and ottoman; big master bedroom with mountain views; three bedrooms/2.5 baths; futon couch in den folds down to provide extra sleeping (all bedding is provided) Upstairs laundry room. Kitchen is high end with solid granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. (all cookware and dishware provided) The home backs up to a brand new park so you have unobstructed mountain views from the patio, master bedroom and second bedroom. This home is loaded with amenities! There are Televisions and DVD/vcr in the Family room and loft, including a video library. The family room has surround sound and there are speakers throughout the house. High speed wireless Internet.

With easy freeway access you can take advantage of day trips to Lake Pleasant, Sedona, Flagstaff for skiing.

We stayed at Doug's house for two weeks in March and found it had everything available to make the stay comfortable. The house had plenty of room inside with the bedrooms upstairs. Doug was very nice to deal with and stayed in touch with us while we were there. I would recommend this house to anyone. Thank you Doug.

This home was the perfect place to spend a week of relaxation. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. Doug was very pleasant to deal with and I would definitely recommend this home to my family members and friends. I will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises. Thank you, Doug
