Dec. Special - All remaining dates in December(excluding holidays) - $50/night. Come stay with us in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We are located just 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, which can be reached in just 10 minutes down the mountain. Stay away from it all in the mountains, but still be close to all the action of town. Owners of 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs - 1flat-screen tv in master bedroom, 2 DVD/VCR combos in living room and master bedroom, cable, wireless internet. Wood burning fireplace, 2 balconies, queen sleeper sofa, window seat. Just steps away from the indoor and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, and sauna, also playground, basketball court, and coin laundry on site.

    Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is FREE.
    $100.00 deposit required within 72 hours of reservation. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
    $25 cancellation fee on cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival. On cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival you will be given a credit towards another stay.

Condo needs up-dating. No sheets for sofa-bed. 6 towels not enough for 7 people. Price was good for what we received.
Owner's Response: The statement that the condo needs updating is rather vague, so we can only state what updates we have done recently. In March/09 we replaced several bath linens and installed all new blinds. In July/08 we purchased new comforter/sheets for the master bedroom and purchased a new flat screen tv for the master bedroom. In March/08 we painted both bedrooms. In reference to the reviewer that there were no sheets for the sofa-bed, there should have been sheets available and this has been addressed with the cleaning personnel, however, if we had been contacted about this at the time we could have sent someone immediately to deliver sheets. As for only having 6 towels for 7 people, we specifically state in our instructions that you receive prior to arrival that there will only be 6 towels there and if you need more you can bring your own or there is a coin-operated laundry. Thank you.

Discription was exact. Enjoyed our stay. Felt like home away from home. Sauna wasn't operable due to difficulties a few nights, but who stays inside on vacation anyway? Beautiful view of the mountains and valleys.

Being honeymooners, we really enjoyed our 3 days in this rental. It had everything you could want, without leaving the property. Other people got to see wildlife but we did not, sad to say. This condo was quiet and peaceful and we look forward to renting there again.
