All remaining dates in January - $40/night.

Come stay with us in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We are located just 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, which can be reached in just 10 minutes down the mountain. Stay away from it all in the mountains, but still be close to all the action of town.

Completely renovated January 2012! All new carpet & paint throughout the condo. New living room furniture including a new queen sleeper sofa. New bed linens in both bedrooms. We also purchased 2 brand new Euro-top mattresses for each bedroom in 2011. The condo offers 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs - 1flat-screen tv in master bedroom, 2 DVD/VCR combos in living room and master bedroom, cable, wireless internet. Wood burning fireplace, 2 balconies, queen sleeper sofa, window seat. Just steps away from the indoor and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, and sauna, also playground, basketball court, and coin laundry on site.

  • $45 cleaning fee - Stay 6 or more nights and we will waive the cleaning fee.
    Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is FREE.
    $100.00 deposit required within 72 hours of reservation. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
    $25 cancellation fee on cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival. On cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival you will be given a credit towards another stay.
  • January-February - $55.00/night + tax.
    March-May - $75.00/night + tax.
    June-August - $95.00/night + tax.
    September - $75.00/night + tax.
    October - $95.00/night + tax.

Thank you Doug and Julie for the wonderful accomodations in Gatlinburg. It was a home away from home for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The two pools and hot tub was a real treat at the end of each day. We would highly recommend this place to everyone vacationing in Gatlinburg. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Can't wait to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our three kids and absolutely love this condo! I stayed in another unit a few years ago and this unit was by far the best. It was nice being close to the pool since the kids spent most of their time in the water. It is peaceful, not too crowded and the perfect location. The short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg makes it all the better. The views are gorgeous and hope to come back in the fall when the leaves change. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, relaxing and comfortable home away from home, this is definately the place.

Perfect!

We recently rented this condo for a week with our family. It was perfect! Not to big not to small. The kids loved the pool, and if it wasnt quite warm enough we had the indoor pool. We stayed in town most of the day then came "home" and made dinner. The veiws are beautiful. We took someone elses advice and didnt try to find it in the dark, its hard to find even durning the day,lol. Thank god for a GPS!
Overall we had a great time and a great place to stay! Thank you!

Outstanding

I rented this cabin the week before Christmas (18-21) and found it to be everything as advertised. The cabin had everything needed and was super clean plus it was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. My son and his wife are already making plans to go back in the spring. The only drawback were the directions to the cabin but we found it with a little help from the visitor center (no big deal). Talked with the owners a couple of times and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Terrific Place

Myself, My Daughter in Law and 2 grandchildren just spent 2 nights at this beautiful condo, pictures do not do it justice, it is great!!, We went to the Aquarium and also to the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad and rode the Polar Express, kids loved it, but i think that they really enjoyed the indoor pool and Hottubs at the Summit. We had snow, rain, sleet Ice, you name it we experienced it... But had a wonderdul time. Thanks for Sharing your condo with us.
