SKI IN/ SKI OUT large 1400 Square foot condo on two floors.

**We have another 1500 SF 3 bedroom condo on two floors 30 yards away from this unit, also, we have a 2 bedroom unit 150 yards away from this unit. (We have 3 units in total within 150 yards of each other for large groups, total sleeping capacity for the 3 units is 27 people)

Easily catch 1st tram from any of the three of our units...all being in the closest vicinity to the Tram Base area and Pump House water park.

Our 3BR units feel like stand alone cabins and are attached to another unit by only a few feet. Our family renovated these units for our own comfort, since we stay here whenever they are not rented!

New doors, windows, new over sized 16' X 12' deck, paint, carpet, couches, dining set, stainless appliances, a new 55 inch Hi Def LED TV to watch the game! Also, a new high efficiency boiler and on demand hot water heater. This home provides a more comfortable alternative to the newer condos which are much smaller and share walls, ceilings, floors with neighboring units. Two minute walk to new PUMP HOUSE water park, ski down to lifts and tram, walk to world class 18 hole golf course. You can ski down to one of four lifts including the tram in the morning and ski back for lunch, put your skis by the deck, put your boots by the wood fire, and eat in comfort (SAVE $$, no looking for an open seat). Ski home any time for a snack or bathroom break and at the end of the day. There is ample parking compared to many of the new condo lots. Full very nice custom Kitchen and BRAND NEW laundry!

More Condo Details: This is one of the closest units to the Pump House indoor waterpark!!

This condo/cabin provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy when not on the slopes.

We have a new EPA certified wood burning fireplace with awesome 12 foot high stone hearth!

We have a brand new entry way with tons of cubbies for helmets, gloves, etc. and tons of hooks for ski jackets and pants. We have 2 new beautiful rustic bathrooms, new Log Beds in upstairs larger bedroom, new King beds and stainless kitchen appliances!

It overlooks a wonderful yard with private open space, maple, birch and evergreen trees.

You can watch the tram go by between the evergreens.

Skiing back for a break, snack, or lunch is a piece of cake. You can ski right to the door.

Back-country Access: The Jay area is known for the best back-country skiing in the East.

Thousands of vertical feet of bottomless powder!

Great Tele, Randonee, and Back-country Cross Country Skiing!

Ride the dip without a hike or traverse the ridge to BIG JAY and ski the best stuff in the east!

Golf: The new Jay Peak Golf Course is already regarded as the most inspiring throughout New England.

About Owner

Avid Skiing, Mountain Biking, Water sports family from northern NY, we spent 5 years in Colorado, then the last 11+ years in the Lakes Region of NH.

Owner purchased this condo in 2006

The land surrounding this property is arguably the best on the mountain. The building is very unique and lives like a stand alone home, with a large yard off the deck for kids to play, or to go sliding, and ski right to the deck. Both of our 3 Bedroom properties fit this description!

What makes this condo unique

Two floors and only connected to the next door unit by a few feet, basically a stand alone cabin. Lots of privacy in the home and on surrounding land vs. other on mountain options.

Great Location and Home!

This was really a lovely home! I have never been to Jay Peak, but we will definitely be back. We stayed in the smaller 3 bedroom with another family, 10 of us in total. There were two master bedrooms, which worked out beautifully. The kids (6 of them!) stayed in the loft bedroom, which ended up being their hang out for the weekend, as it had a tv that we connected our xbox to. It was a little bit small for our group, because we had 4 teenagers with us, but even so, we had a blast! The home was spotless and very well appointed. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The kitchen also had everything we needed, from cookie pans to wine glasses to muffin tins! And after some trial and error, it was, indeed, ski in/ ski out! We hung a bright colored shirt out the back slider so we could find it coming back... :) Great location, close to the lifts, the lodge, the ice rink. Really, a perfect spot. And as others have said, the owners were great to work with. They were out of the country and still called us back regarding an issue we had with the entry keypad. All in all, 5 stars!

Great space, great location...

We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge. The kitchen was brilliant, new and everything worked. Well stocked with cooking utensils and such. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the fire place was great to hang our mitts to dry at. (A mitt drying rack was there!) Our kids could find quiet time in the big room upstairs if they needed it. The hill and the base lodge were very close. Very convenient. we were not right on the trail, but there was a groomed ski track from the hill to the condo, and another to get you back to the base of the mountain. It was ski-in, ski-out. lots of parking. Owner was very attentive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Ski-in Ski-out Condo

We spent a very cold week here in January. 4 adults and 2 kids, so we fit perfectly into the three bedrooms. The condo is clean and very comfortable. The updated kitchen was great and we didn't eat out all week. The double beds are big, so often a problem in vacation rentals, but not here. It truly is ski-in ski-out and everything is walkable. We didn't drive anywhere while staying here and our kids are only 5 and 7, so it's not like we hiked for miles either.

We had the greatest time at Jay Peak! The location could not have been better. We were able to ski right to the tram and walk to all of the restaurants, water park and ice skating! This condo was perfect!

On Mountain, Ski in/ Ski out, The property is located directly on the mountain. Watch the tram go up and down from your couch with a view of the tram through the large pines! This is a very private location compared to the Village or Slopeside units. I would definitely say the best location on the mountain! 1 minute walk to the new Tower Bar, Aroma Coffee Shop and Alice's Table restaurant, Ice Arena and Pump House Water Park! But still very private, with a large hill adjacent for sliding, after hours ski tricks!!

One of the closest few units to the new Pumphouse Indoor Waterpark!!

Other Activities: Back Country Skiing, Hiking, Long Trail, Catamount Trail, Hazens Notch Cross Country

Ski: Over 400 inches of snow in '06 - '07, and '07 - '08 Seasons!
