SKI IN/ SKI OUT large 1400 Square foot condo on two floors. The unit feels like a stand alone cabin and is attached to another unit by only a few feet. Our family renovated this unit for our own comfort, since we stay here whenever it is not rented! New doors, windows, new over sized 16' X 12' deck, paint, carpet, couches, dining set, stainless appliances, a new large screen Hi Def Flat Panel TV/DVD. This home provides a very nice alternative to the newer condos which are much smaller and share walls, ceilings, floors with neighboring units. Very close proximity to the hotel, lifts and tram, and world class 18 hole golf course, pool and hot tubs. You can ski down to one of four lifts including the tram in the morning and ski back for lunch, put your skis by the deck, put your boots by the fire, and eat in comfort (SAVE $$, no looking for an open seat). More Condo Details: This condo/cabin provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy when not on the slopes. It overlooks a wonderful yard with open space, maple, birch and evergreen trees. You can watch the tram go by between the evergreens. Skiing back for a break, snack, or lunch is a piece of cake. You can ski right to the door.

Back-country Access: The Jay area is known for the best back-country skiing in the East. Thousands of vertical feet of bottomless powder! Great Tele, Randonee, and Back-country Cross Country Skiing! Ride the dip without a hike or traverse the ridge to BIG JAY and ski the best stuff in the east!

Golf: The new Jay Peak Golf Course is already regarded as the most inspiring throughout New England.

Ski: Over 400 inches of snow in '06 - '07, and '07 - '08 Seasons! Over 200 inches in Nov/Dec 2007! Best Glades in north America! Great groomed choices! Best conditions in the east! Very low crowds compared to other North East resorts!

Great Place, Great Skiing, Great Owner

We will be back! Perfect location, clean (very clean), and spacious. We had 6 in our group and you could comfortably sleep 10 here.
We had not been to Jay Peak before, and the owners were available, communicative and very helpful.
Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

GREAT TIME WITH FAMILY

I stayed here with family last Feb and we had an EXCELLENT experience despite the heavy snowstorm on the way up here. The owner (Scott) was great to work with. He made sure everything was in order just as he promised and we got just what we expected (no false pictures and the place was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN). I would stay here again and again. Enjoy!

Perfect Jay Peak Ski-on Ski-off condo

We've been renting a ski condo in Vermont for a week every Chirstmas for over 20 years. We strongly prefer a ski-on, ski-off condo and Jay Peak is by far our favorite resort. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find such condos there and were forced to stay off mountain until we found this place. It was terrific. Totally refurbished, new furniture, new appliances, flat screen TV, and most importantly, true ski-on ski-off. We had a minor problem opening the ski closet, so I called the owner, who jumped right on it. In fact, he even stopped by the day of our departure to make sure everything had been OK. We're staying at this condo again this year, and probably many more in the future.

Great Condo, Perfect Location

I stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend, and we had an excellent time. The place is in excellent condition, roomy, with plenty of amenities. But of course, the main attraction is the superb location. We were able to literally ski in and out, from the porch, and staying on the mountain gave us over an hour of skiing each morning before the crowds arrived.

I had a great time relaxing by the fire in this wonderful condo!

Great 1 Week stay

My friends and I spent a week up at Jay Peak this past January. While we missed out on killer conditions the week before, Jay Peak didn't let us down. Scott's place was top notch...2 huge bedrooms (1 including bunks), a smaller room with 2 twins and a downstairs with a pullout. Needless to say, we weren't crammed for space. Everything from the pickup of keys to the return of the deposit went without a hitch. If you run down to the hotel, you can even use the 2 hot tubs and pool, and there wasn't a soul to be seen every night we used them. You can pretty much ski on/ski off, when there isn't a ton of snow you have to throw the skis over the shoulder to cross a road, that's about it.

All in all, the 8 of us had a hell of a time and would recommend/return in a heartbeat (if it weren't for us heading to Steamboat this year). Great condo, amazing mountain (best snow on the east coast) and fantastic person to deal with. We needed a little extra time to get our act together and it was no problem whatsoever with a quick call to Scott. Couple that with 2 of the most comfortable toilets any of us had ever sat on, makes for a great vacation.
