Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom condo located at the north end of Playa del Carmen, one block from the beach. The condo is located in The Meridian, a new (2007) condo complex that has a large ocean view sundeck with swimming pool on the roof. You’ll have all the necessary amenities to make your holiday complete including a gas bbq on the condo’s wrap-around terrace. The condo has been decorated by the owner herself with hand picked furnishings, wall and window treatments, linens and towels. You'll be staying in one of Playa’s nicest, quiet areas, while still being close to all shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. Including the best Italian restaurant in Playa de Carmen, just around the corner!

Playa del Carmen is located 38 miles from Cancun. It is an excellent starting point to visit the Mayan ruins, and the traditional Mayan villages. The town is located right on the Caribbean Sea, the ferry to Cozumel leaves from the center of town. There is wonderful scuba diving on the nearby reefs or cavern diving in the fresh water sinkholes, cenotes. Various world renowned golf courses are to be found in the area, as well as spa services, water sports like sailing and big game fishing, great dining and shopping.
