You can experience beautiful views from all windows of this spectacular, luxury, custom decorated sixth floor corner condo. View dolphins and manatees playing in the marina or watch egrets and herons flying over the Gulf of Mexico or Back Bay. The building boasts elevator access, tennis courts, BBQ grills, pool and outdoor spa. The posh master bedroom suite has a walk-in closet, king-size bed, TV/DVD, and, sliding doors to lanai, double vanity, and extra large shower. One guest bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, with lovely views of the back bay and a TV/DVD. The third bedroom sleeps two on comfortable single beds. It is also supplied with a TV/DVD and DSL computer hook up. A fully equipped kitchen extends to a dining area with a view of the lovely pool and luxury boats in Fish Tale Marina.   • This luxury, custom decorated condominium is open and spacious with wall to wall sliding windows leading out to a screened lanai (12x16). The posh master bedroom suite (17x21) has two walk-in closets, a king-size bed with pillow tufted mattress, TV/DVD player, sliding doors to the lanai and wonderful views of the marina. One custom decorated guest bedroom(12x12) boasts a queen-size bed, with lovely views of the back bay and a TV/DVD player. The third bedroom (11.5x12) decorated in shades of sea-blue sleeps two on comfortable single beds. It is also supplied with a TV/DVD player. A high quality air mattress with electric pump is also included.

Notes: The pool is geothermally heated to a constant temperature of 88 degrees. The hot tub is heated to 104 degrees. There is a screened enclosed bathhouse with washrooms, refrigerator, TV, and table and chairs. Outdoors at the other end of the pool is a covered area for sitting and grilling on Weber gas grills or lounge on one of the many pretty white lounge chairs.

Great location super clean

We stayed the week of the 4th of July.The building and condo itself was one of the cleanest places I've evert stayed. The condo is nicely decorated ,and easily fit our family of 5. It is stocked with anything you could need, from pots and pans to beachchairs and towels.the grill at the pool was so convienent .The pool itself was the pefect temp. Easy walk to the beach, quick drive to everything else. We sat on the beach on the Fourth of July and watched fireworks from all over. No question we would stay here again!

Beautiful Rental....slice of heaven!

This rental unit is absolutely beautiful. It is was immaculate and had everything we needed. We are avid beach goers and it was stocked with everything you need for fun in the sun. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, CVS and many restaurants. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 year old. 6 month old and my mother. The layout is fantastic as the master bathroom (with beautiful walk-in closets and jacuzzi tub) is on one side of the condo and the other 2 bedrooms and bath are on the other side. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch after a day at the beach. It was lovely to watch the boats in the marina. The condo also has a beautiful pool with a few grills (which we used). We have stayed in Fort Myers many times and this was one of our favorite spots, we would be thrilled to rent this unit again and would highly recommend it. Celeste was wonderful to work with.

Amazing Family Vacation

My family and I had the most wonderful time at Palm Harbour. The views from the lanai and kitchen were band the owners thought of everything. The walk to the beach is a perfect way to start your morning and the heated pool and spa were fantastic for my family. We are already planning a return and can't wait to visit again. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation getaway.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic family condo

The condo was exactly as described and fully equipped and better than expected. The views were fantastic and this was a great location for the local beach and convenience stores and everything you needed was within a 5 minute walk. We took regular walks around the marina and chatted to the boat owners whilst enjoying the beautiful sites. We felt extremely safe here and at at home. The pool was lovely and as described and very quiet so felt like our own personal pool at times. The residents and other visitors were extremely friendly. The BBQ's round the pool were great and there was even a fridge/freezer and sheltered room next to the pool which was very convenient. The owner and agent were very friendly and on hand when needed. We definately look forward to coming back to this condo at Palm Harbour Club again in 2012.
