Additional information about rental rates

  • Reservation Policy: Upon confirmation of reservation dates and property, a rental agreement will be furnished to guests to review and sign. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and payment. The reservation fee is 50% of the rental rate. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival date, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit.

    $2,000 fully refundable security deposit with in 7 days with no damage. $400 Non-refundable cleaning fee.

    Daily cleaning is available for an additional $100 per day

    If Occupant cancels or otherwise terminates this Agreement, the reservation fee will not be refunded unless the Premises are re-rented to another party.
