Absolutely darling waterfront cottage in Bay Point section of Sag Harbor. A moment to Long Beach, a mile long sandy beach on Noyac Bay with outstanding sunsets. Sag Harbor is a quaint village in the Hamptons with charming shops, great restaurants, and multiple marinas. It is rich with history from it's beginnings as a whaling village. The house has a dock with 3.5 foot draft at low tide and can accommodate a sizable boat. There is also an outdoor shower for a fabulous al fresco experience. The master bedroom has an ultra comfortable king size bed and wall of windows that looks out to the yard and water. There is also a flat screen tv and DVD player in the master, as well as in the main living area. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, cable TV, telephone, and hi-speed internet access.

Sag Harbor is an Old Whaling Village and probably the most low key of the Hamptons communities. There are multiple marinas, live theater, great restaurants, antique shops, grocery store with an excellent meat and fish department, parks, beaches, a movie theater, and even a 5 & Dime. There are endless activities such as boating, golf, fishing, hiking, shopping, sailing, beaching, driving, wineries, ferry rides to Shelter Island, and so much more. It truly is one of the best places on Earth!
