This 2 + 1 bedroom link foundation townhouse shares an oversized pool with the other 15 units in the complex. Your parking space is directly outside the front door.
Inside, all finishes have been upgraded, from the fitted wardrobes and cupboards throughout to the tiled floors and Venetian plastered walls, a great feature if you suffer from allergies in this humid climate.
The kitchen is for entertaining and like the rest of the house has been upgraded with granite countertops, hardwood cupboards and fully equipped right down to stainless steel appliances.
The den closes off with a pullout double bed and with a full ground floor bathroom you can easily create a third bedroom. You can sit in the family room and browse the internet with high speed wireless.
Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. Additionally, the master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two bunk beds in it, easily sleeping 4 kids (I have 4 kids there for 3-4 weeks annually). This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.
The property is managed by a property manager who lives in the same complex and can take care of everything from car rental to making sure you have a cell phone for your stay if you need one.

I'm a headhunter with my own business and this has become a home from home for my family, we spent 5 weeks in the house in the summer of 2011. I can pretty much guarantee that this is my retirement location if my kids stop being so expensive :)

Why The Owner chose Playacar
It's safe,quiet and accessible to everything. I rent a car so we can travel the Mayan Riviera easily. Also, we're walking distance to Playa, right around the corner from the Aviary.
What makes this condo unique
I have 4 kids, aged 13, 12, 10 and 7 and we spend about 7 weeks a year here in total. We use the property manager to keep the property functioning well and that includes all maintenance as well as cleaning while we are there. The house backs onto an aviary so it is unlike the Myamar properties on the main road, it's actually quiet in the morning :)There are generally a few kids around and my kids always reconnect with old friends as well as make new friends it seems. We've been going there for 4 years +
