Enjoy a breathtaking view of paradise in one of Destin’s newest and most upscale Resorts in downtown Destin.

Come and enjoy our professionally decorated unit overlooking the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The great room, with tropical Tommy Bahama décor including a convertible sleeping unit, has floor to ceiling windows and a patio door that leads to an extra large beach-front balcony. The great room adjoins the breakfast bar, dining room, and kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare all your dining needs.

The kitchen has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and has custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and GE appliances. We have a laundry room just off the kitchen complete with a washer and dryer.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king size bed, floor length windows and a patio door to the balcony. The adjoining bathroom has a huge walk in shower with bench and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a patio door to the balcony. The adjacent bathroom has a walk in shower with bench, too.

The amenities of Silver Beach Towers include a two-floor lobby, two large pools, two hot tubs, and a large sundeck with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. Step off the sundeck directly on the beach to relax, sunbathe, walk or swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Silver Beach Towers is less than one mile away from Destin Commons; Destin’s newest shopping, dining, cinema and family entertainment complex. Approximately five miles away is Destin’s Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlets. This is the nations largest designer outlet center.

My mother, my fiance, and I chose this condo because it was one of very few still available for the time we wanted to visit. Luckily, the owner was very nice and even took $100 off of the listed price. I will be the first to say, the pictures don't do it justice. It is a very nice, clean, and well kept unit. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will most definitely look for this unit first if we travel to Destin in the future. I highly recommend this unit to any and all that are looking for a great condo on the beach.
