Close to Atlanta but worlds away. Set on quiet deep water cove away from busy boat traffic, mom will be at ease with the kids jumping off the dock and swimming around the cove! With two master suites it is a great set up for two families! Can't get away from work, stay connected with WIFi Internet! We have Direct TV with all major movie channels and a sports package for those who need to keep up with the action. The fully screened in porch adjoining the 4 seasons room. The lake home sits on a very secluded peninsula surrounded by a landscaped garden of botanical delights. Right out the back door is the largest floating dock allowed on the lake with two slips, a covered patio, and an expansive sun deck on top. In addition to all this, based on availability, can provide use of a pontoon boat for an additional weekly rate. We look forward to having you stay an become repeat visitors! ROOM to ROAM!: This is one of the more comfortable lake properties. There is plenty of room for a large family or two families. There are two master bedrooms and three FULL bathrooms. The cove is great for families. Plenty of Deep Water and no passing boat traffic. The property is very secluded. Neighbors are full time residents and retired couples...great people!! Even though the lake level is down, this cove has plenty of water for large boats. We can also arrange for pontoon and jet ski rentals for your stay! We cater to families. This house is perfect for family reunions and summer get-a-ways!

Where Are We???: The house is located on the west side of Lake Lanier...just north of Browns Bridge....in the Chestatee Bay area of the lake. It is centrally located and perfect location for quiet lake activities. There are a half dozen boat ramps near by and Port Royal Marina is only a 5 min drive by car.

Well today is my Birthday and all our family is together here at this wonderful lake house. We have enjoyed our vacation here and would love to return. It's been beautiful and you've been great with all of the extra's. The kids loved the fishing. Adults loved all the quiet places to read a book. Some of us just did nothing...but RELAX!. Again...thanks for everything.
