This upscale new construction home has 5 luxurious bedrooms with ultra comfortable Kingsdown mattresses, 3 king size beds, 2 queen and all with flat screen TVs. The master suite is comprised of a main bed area with a king size bed, a sitting area with access to the upper deck and an enormous limestone bathroom with separate shower and Bain Ultra air jet tub. Another Bain Ultra tub is in the marble bathroom of the second king size bedroom. The third king bedroom shares a bath with a queen size bedroom. The next queen size bedroom has a private tumbled marble bath. All bedrooms have walk-in closets too. Also upstairs there is a huge recreation room with a gorgeous pool table, a 60 in.' flat screen TV and access to a very large upper deck that overlooks the rear yard with heated 20 x 40 pool. The kitchen is pro all the way with 48 in. Wolf range, 48 in. Sub-Zero refrigerator, built-in coffee maker, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, enormous granite island with seating as well as table for 8.
