Night life, Casino gambling, Theatrical shows, Cinemas and Internationally acclaimed cuisine and restaurants are all less than 10 minutes away. Car and Cellular Phone Rental: A car at your disposal will definitely keep you mobile. There's a lot to do in St Maarten. Cars are available through ALL the known companies that are represented on the Island by means of franchises. They are dependable and are ALL situated off the airport. They can be booked ahead of your arrival, or on the spot. Some companies will help rent you a local cell phone with prepaid calling time. Cell phones in St Maarten charge only for outgoing calls; Incoming calls are free.

Management staff: Our management company is permanently on island, and their offices are a few minutes away. They will greet you upon your arrival, provide any help you may require during your stay and attend to problems should they arise.They will answer all your questions and acquaint you with the Island's details and your surroundings, if you wish.

Medical needs: Fully staffed medical centers and pharmacies are very close by. The hospital and dialysis unit are 10-15 minutes away.

Other Activities: Casino gambling, night shows, Disco dancing, shopping, cooking lessons etc...

Better than the pictures

Just came back from an Easter week vacation at View2Die4, the pictures don't do it justice, it was the best place we have stayed at on the island. The villa is brand new, immaculately clean and has every amenity you might need. The balcony runs the enitire front of the unit and much of the sides, you really are one with the water.
I traveled with my wife and 2 children (15, 11) they all had a great time. I would recommend it for any type of vacationers. Please don't book next Easter, we hope to return. Beach is nice and quiet.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

I just wanted to let you know that our stay was incredible. We enjoyed it so much we have decided that next year we are coming to stay for 2 weeks, 1 week was just not enough! We have been to several islands in the Carribean (USVI, St. Lucia, Cancun Mexico) and thought we would keep going to experience them all, but this time we were so unexpectedly impressed with the not only the best location and condo on the island, but I must say that the people of the island were so gracious. We had the very best time interacting with everyone we met along our journey. We had such a romantic time reconnecting our love and friendship with one another and your place gave us the atmosphere to really decompress from the day to day stress and let go and enjoy each other. The night life is so much fun, you can do a lot or a little but the choice is yours. There are so many beaches and other islands to explore and we didn't get to do everything we wanted in one week, it is just not enough time. I also want you to know that Lillian is very kind and the ladies that cleaned our condo were excellent. The kitchen and grill just made it so nice to have breakfast there without much trouble and we even cooked a couple of times on the grill for dinner. However, the cusine on the island was very reasonable and we had a lot of great dining experiences. The spa at the LaSammanna was excellent (I spent 3 hours there), and the scuba diving was very good as well. We went on 4 dives privately with Scuba Fun in Phillipsburg and they were exceptional. I could go on for a very long time about the wonderful time we had. I just can't thank you enough for sharing your paradise and allowing us to share such wonderful memories. We will be in touch next spring to reserve the condo for 2 weeks in May 2010. I am looking so forward to returning, it is the first time I have ever been away from my home and children and I was not ready to come home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

REVIEW FOR 3/27/09 - 4/3/09

We had a fantastic time last week at your beautiful
vacation home! The name your chose for your unit
is quite appropriate - the views are absolutely
incredible. The interior is very well appointed and
has a clean open feel to it - we were beyond
comfortable. We were also fortunate enough to
have perfect weather for the entire trip. We went
out to dinner several times during our stay, but we
all agreed the best table on the island is right there
on the patio. We cooked some fabulous meals in
your well equipped kitchen and going out became
increasingly more difficult to justify. Going above
and beyond is evidenced by the extra touches
provided such as the spices in the kitchen and the
start up kitchen supplies. We look forward to
returning in the near future.

During our last trip to St-marten, we decided to rent this place based on the fantastic pictures of the scenery...The pictures dont do this villa justice! We have been travelling the carribbean for 22 years and never could I have imagined such a luxurious experience. The 2 weeks we have rented were really to die for! We look forward to returning in as soon as we can escape again.

Probably our best vacation ever...
Certainly the most beautiful ocean front accomodation we stayed in through the Caribbean.
Excellent service, daily maids, attention to details, gorgeous surroundings, almost private beach, breathtaking sunsets, etc...
The view of Simpson Bay, whether by day or night, is simply amazing.
"We'll be back", as the famous actor once said.
Very, Very Highly recommended.
