This beautiful condo is located in Poinciana, a beautiful community designed for active adults. The country club boasts numerous activities including an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and several swimming pools located a short walk from each condo. Club house activities include bridge, entertainment and even a Yiddish club. The surrounding community includes numerous places for casual and fine dining, shopping and entertainment. For Golf lovers, in addition to it's own course, the Poinciana Country Club is directly across from the famous Fountains Country Club and boarders on the Palm Beach National Golf Course. For nature lovers you are only a few minutes away from the beautiful Whispering Pines State Park and Okaheelee Park, where you will find miles of formal lake side walking paths. Located in Lake Worth you are an easy drive from the ocean, Lake Worth Beach and the city of West Palm Beach, live theatre and all that community has to offer.

Please Note:: This Condo is no smoking. No Pets are allowed. Condo Association Rules will be provided and must be followed. A $1200 deposit is required with the application. A $750 refundable security deposit is required. Balance of payment plus security deposit must be received one week prior to occupancy.
