  • Taxes are not included.
  • A deposit of $400 dollars is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check, money order for the deposit with in 7 days of initial booking . Once it is received dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited for non payment. Upon your arrival ,the 400 dollars converts to a damage and cleaning deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be mailed to you with in ten (10) business days of your departure. *No damage is done to home or its contents. *No linens or household items are missing
    *No early check in or late check out, all check outs @10 am, late check outs charged $75 *House has not been smoked in. ***Taxes are not included.
  • If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned. If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forefeit full payment. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.

We will definetly stay here again!

My husband and I, along with my daughter,her husband, and 16 month old daughter, and 2 of our friends stayed here in October 2009. This is a wonderful place to stay!! We were a little weiry about sending a deposit and full payment before actually getting to Florida but let me tell you there is nothing to worry about. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful! If you are thinking about renting this place don't hesitate. It was well worth the money and it's ligite.

We made many trips to the local Kmart which is just down the block and the local grocery store Publix is also right down the road. There was also a Super Target down the street and a Pinchers Crab Shack resteraunt if you are looking for seafood.

The pool was also very nice. We used it a couple of times and were the only ones in it! The house is very spaceious. It was plenty of room for the 7 of us! The big screen tv was also nice and the large kitchen.

Elizabeth also has done a wonderful job with the landscapping outside. It was like our own private Jungle!! Our granddaughter just loved the pond she has set up.

We will definetly stay here again the next time we go to Florida!

Extra nice owner best deal in town for sure!

The townhouse is pretty big for a vacation house, ideal for a family, with everything you need. It's close to a very nice pool and there's lots of stores around, it's a nice neibourghood, very calm. The cable, internet and free calls to Canada are a big plus to stay in touch. The owner is more than helpful with ideas of activities and how to find the best deals. The situation is nice, close to many beaches. We prefered Bonita beach, Barefoot preserve, Tigertail Beach, and the one at the end of Captiva Island much more than Fort Myers Beach, unless you like crowds and jetskis. Those are natural beaches, more relaxing, not that many people around, and beautiful. Some let you enter for free if you get there later in the day, let's say around 4:00. If you have kids, got to go to the Crab Race, the gracious owner will tell you all about it!! Oh by the way, if you go see manatees, don't go with the Carol and Barry one, disapointing, they just bring you with the boat in a marina...I mean you can do that on your own, not worth 126$ for a family! I don't know if they all to it like that tough. Overall a great two and a half week stay, very good value for the money!

Best Bang For The Buck

Elizabeth has decorated her townhouse as a fun and cheerful vacation getaway - she doesn't want it to be bland and boring! The place is clean, quiet and well-equipped. Within minutes of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and other points of interest. Make sure to check out the Seminole Railroad excursions where they allow you to bring your lunch onboard (think picnic). Must-do activities are the Edison/Ford Winter Estates, Fleamasters Flea Market (Fri, Sat & Sun only), Plaka II Greek/American food - try the flaming Saganaki appetizer, Parrot Key @ Salty Sam's Marina (check for coupons), Shrimp Shack on Colonial (ditto coupons) and Rib City (25 cent drafts on Weds with purchase of entree). We really enjoyed our visit and strongly recommend this townhouse for your next trip to Fort Myers!

Great location to the sandy white beaches of Sanibel And Captiva and a heated pool a short walk away . Also many nice restaurants and shopping very close. Owner went above and beyond good service and really gave that extra something to make sure we were happy with our stay. We would certainly recommend this rental to our friends and family.

It is always an amazing experience when we stay here, every ear we come back because the owners are amazing, the stay and feel is all great. The house is so beautiful, clean, well kept, everything is organized, and that's all because of the oweners, they make your stay very comfortable, and welcome you like family not strangers. Everything is close, shopping, entertainment, it's just a whole package. We thank the owners for another great stay and can't wait till next year.
