There are lots of nice condos out there. Why should you choose ours? The big difference between us and the others is our unique building. Madeira Vista offers a choice of environments here on the premises: 1) We are DIRECTLY on the beach. Jump out your window, and you will land in the sand! You will see dolphins swim by year-round! And we really ARE closest to the water. :-) 2) We have a courtyard pool area with a 30,000-gallon heated pool. 3) We have a covered wooden deck with picnic tables and *NEW* gas grills for your use. 4) We have a brand new 'sun deck' downstairs for fabulous socializing and viewing 5) Your beautiful 2BR, 2-bath condo is fully stocked, DIRECTLY on the beach, and ready to be your home-away-from-home for a week (or more!). All units have a washer & dryer! AND: Our ON SITE manager-hosts Jack and Jacquie are here to help you enjoy your vacation!

We are 90-100 minutes from Disney, 30-40 minutes from Busch Gardens (Tampa), and ZERO minutes from the beach! Madeira Vista is 1.2 miles from famous Johns Pass -- close enough to walk, but far enough away to NOT have problems with construction, traffic, or noise. Our onsite manager/hosts Jack and Jacquie are here to help you enjoy your vacation!

Madeira Vista is truly a unique building: Yes, we really ARE closer to the water! We have onsite manager hosts (Jack and Jacquie) that take care of the building and take care of YOU! Our semi-private courtyard pool area has a 30,000-gal. gas- and solar- heated pool. Our downstairs picnic deck is a covered wooden area with brand new gas grills. We have a brand new 'sun deck' directly on the beach! There is a washer/dryer unit in every condo. The little things matter -- we provide the 'standard' stuff such as linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide trash bags, laundry/hand/dish/dishwasher soap, free local phone, and wireless internet (in most units). Guests receive coupons to some local (and personally recommended) businesses upon check-in.

There are a host of things to do in west and central Florida. p We are less than two hours drive from all of the Orlando-area attractions including Disney, Universal, MGM, Epcot, Sea World, etc. We are also less than two hours from Weeki Wachee, Silver Springs, Cypress Gardens, Bok Sanctuary, and more. p We are less than an hour from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, the Florida Aquarium, MOSI (the Museum of Science & Industry), Great Explorations, the Ringling museums of art and circus (!), the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs, and more. p We are MINUTES from hundreds of restaurants, historic Johns Pass village, the Salvador Dali museum, the suncoast seabird sanctuary, miniature golf, public golf courses, and more. p And, of course, we are DIRECTLY on the beach, with a beachside covered picnic deck and a pool courtyard with a 30,000-gallon heated pool.

We have just returned from another vacation at the Madeira Vista (our 9th visit). We have been very pleased with our accommodations over the years, all units we have occupied have been comfortably furnished and fully stocked to make our stay enjoyable. The pool area and surrounding landscape and deck area are exceptionally well kept.
The Madeira Vista is a wonderful place to spend your vacation and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Madeira Vista - Fun!

My family has been doing family reunions at Madeira Vista Condos for many years. It is a home away from home for us. The reason we keep returning are the excellent amenities and access to the beach, John's Pass and shopping. It is really hard to beat!
Madeira Vista Condos are nicely and fully furnished, very comfortable. And the onsite management is readily available and eager to please. You will not regret choosing Madeira Vista.

We just spent a wonderful six weeks (March and April) at Madeira Vista (2nd Year). Each day was another day in paradise. The Management go out of their way to help and accommodate and make you feel right at home. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained and clean. The view from the condo is spectacular. The condo's layout is really great, the patio with the B-B-Q area is fantastic and the view is unforgettable. Dolphins entertain you almost every day. The beach is just fantastic....Great for walking. We look forward to next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Madeira Vista. The Vista has good management...great beach site and everyone is helpful. The units are well kept, and the common areas under the units is great....place to cook-out, watch the sunset.....really enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend to our friends. Jo and Don

We just returned from our 2 week visit to Maderia Vista.
This condo was very nice. The layout was great. It was very clean--all of the property was kept very clean--i.e. the elevators, public decks, and pool areas.
Manager was very nice-available when needed and very knowledge about the area.
I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place on the beach.
