Four-thousand-five-hundred (4500) Square Foot house with large decks on Bayou opening onto Escambia Bay, View of Bay and beautiful sunsets on Pensacola Beach. Many secluded sandy bay front beaches can be accessed by Canoe or boat. Community Boat Launch. The Moors (Home of the Emerald Coast Classic Golf tournament), and Tiger Point Golf courses are 10, and 15 minutes away. The house has two large complete living areas upstairs and downstairs including 2 kitchens. upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and downstairs has two bedrooms and a full bath. These two areas have additional separate entrances and can be used separately or in combination.
