I just wanted to contact you and let you know what a splendid holiday my family and I had at Villa Las Palmas in Manzanillo over the Christmas break. First of all, the place is absolutely gorgeous, and the views are spectacular. We were all very comfortable, and the outdoor and indoor living space is very well thought out. More importantly, and what made our trip so memorable, is the care and attention that your team on the ground provided. Danny is one of a kind! Discrete but attentive, always smiling and ready to sort out any issue. He never made us feel as if we were imposing and it was clear that he really wanted us to have a perfect holiday. Next on my list comes Juanita: not only is her cooking fantastic, but her attitude and ready smile made us all feel very spoiled. Nothing was an imposition for her and the meals she turned out for us were amazing! Laura was also a real sweetheart! Her singing while she was doing her chores kept us all smiling and she was a huge help with our daughter's little girl (who developed a huge crush on Laura). All in all it was a truly memorable holiday in a fabulous location, and we are soooo happy to have spent time in this lovely home.

Our stay at the Villa was outstanding! From the moment we drove up (we thought we were at the wrong place), until it was time to say goodbye to the staff; it was an experience to remember. There were 7 in our party and Daniel, Juanita and Ofelia took care of our every needs.
The Villa was spacious, nicely decorated and extremely well kept. The pictures on the website do not do it justice as it is more beautiful in person than any picture posted. The view of the ocean was immaculate.
The staff, on a scale of 1-10 gets a 20; they were that good. Daniel took care of all the fresh food shopping and was always available but not intrusive, an attribute I greatly appreciated and loved. He was in the background, sometimes out of sight but with an eye and ear on his guests. It seemed as if we were alone, but when we needed something, Daniel would appear and take care of it.
Everything Juanita cooked was great. The food had excellent flavor, well seasoned and delicious. Even the guacamole and Jamaica water were arguably the best my family and I have ever tasted. There was not one dish she prepared where the first words coming out of our mouths was not wow!
Ofelia was on top of her job turning beds, changing linens and keeping the Villa clean while returning our laundry promptly the following day.
Lets not forget the service provided by Nelly. She orchestrated our stay and responded to inquiries and questions promptly and with the outmost professionalism.
Overall it was a great time, a great stay and we would definitely recommend staying at Villa Las Palmas.
This is not our first time at La Punta, however we can say that Las Palmas is the best Villa in the place, I know there are a lot of beautiful villas at La Punta, but only one has the best staff , Juanita, Yuri and Dany will take care of you as no other staff…We arrived early in the morning and the breakfast was ready waiting for us, while we were having breakfast and once we decided the menu, Dany went to the supermarket and got all the needed groceries, we did not have to worry about anything. During the day, Yuri was always aware of our needs, a cold beer, we even had Piña coladas served in a real pineapple as a glass!, we were traveling with my 2 year old girl, and Yuri was really helpful by taking care of her while I was doing something else. The two pools divided in different levels are great , we were traveling with a young couple, as they do not have any kids, they had the chance to spend some time at the lower level pool without all the splashing of my daughter, later they were able to join us in the pool at the upper level. When we decided to go to the beach, Juanita set everything for it, a large container with fresh fruit, beverages and beach towels. Las Palmas is a gorgeous and well maintained property and the pictures speaks by themselves. You will probably find larger and beautiful houses around, but a lovely, caring and great group of people worried by provide you and your family the best service and experience, as the team at Las Palmas will be hard to find somewhere else.
Booking this house was really easy and all our request were attended by Nelly, everything was set just as planned, so thank you very much, we a great vacation and will be back soon!

From the moment we touched down in Manzanillo, picked up by Danny, from the moment we left we felt like we were in Paradise. As we walked into the door of this villa the first thing we saw was the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The villa is beautiful and most important every room is comfortable and relaxing and each one offers something special. We loved the upstairs pool for the mornings and the downstairs one for the afternoons and the jacuzzi after playing tennis on the great courts just down the road. The weather is perfect for a run in the morning, beach and golf in the afternoon and margaritas at sunset. Nothing beats the sumptuous dinners on the terrace overlooking the ocean with the twinkling lights in the distance. The quality of the preparation of the meals was wonderful. As food afficionados we were very impressed with fresh array of tropical fruit, fresh fish, eggs, meat, chicken any way you wish, homemade salsa, guacamole, amazing salad dressings, and of course the baked desserts, just to mention some of the culinary delights. We were treated with genuine warmth and caring by the staff. Our every need was quickly and totally fulfilled. For us this is a perfect place for fun and relaxation. Looking forward to coming back next year.
There really is a heaven on earth. It's called Villa Las Palmas! We've stayed there twice, both times in Feb and both times leaving Florida "in season." Go figure! And, because we think so highly of the villa and the staff, my husband called two of his son's while we were there to recommend they plan their next vacation at Las Palmas. The house is immaculate, so clean. I credit this to the owner's direction and Juanita's caring so much about her responsibilities as housekeeper. Marta, the cook, prepared whatever we" foodies" asked for and gladly made special menus for those with diet restrictions. Danny, the houseman, was indispensible. He was our interpreter, driver, historian. Danny organized a couple of extraordinary lunches-one at the beach club that looked like a magazine shoot, and the other at a beach in Manzannillo where we dined on just caught, grilled fish under the palapas, swam in the ocean and walked along the beach. Another reason we loved this villa was because of the layout. The bedroom wing and guest house are seperated from the living areas affording us easy, relaxing and spacious living. The nine of us adults never felt we were in "close quarters". Here's to more fine days at Las Palmas!!!
Recently returned from ten days at this beautiful villa in La Punta, a little-known wonder on the Pacific coast of Mexico. It was a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. From the moment we arrived at the well-run small airport in Manzanillo and were picked up by the houseman, Danny, to the moment he dropped us off for our flight home, we were in paradise.
This villa is beautifully situated with outstanding views of the Pacific. The villa is beautifully designed, and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely appointed. We basked in near-perfect weather on the villa's terraces and in its two lovely pools. We also enjoyed the private, uncrowded beach of the La Punta beach club and swimming in the warm ocean. Note: the villa's pools are not designed for doing laps; for that you'll have to go down the hill to La Punta's very large pool at the beach club.
The house staff could not do enough for us; always with a smile. The villa's chef prepared really delicious meals and was completely accommodating to our requests. And we cannot forget the best margaritas on the planet, served along with the best home-made chips and guacamole you'll find anywhere.
We golfed nearby amidst the dramatic views of some of the world's most scenic and enjoyable courses. And we had superb Swedish and deep tissue massages from masseuses who come to the villa. A few tennis lessons with the pro at the tennis club rounded out our sports activities. Manzanillo has some very good and fun restaurants and boîtes and bars, and the people are warm and friendly. I will also mention, because of all the news reports we see and hear in the U.S. about crime in Mexico, that Manzanillo is a safe place to visit.
Only complaints we had are around technology (which we probably shouldn't have been using on vacation anyway). The wi-fi, which by the way is very fast, went down a couple of times and someone had to be called in to repair, which took a couple of hours (which is actually better service than what we get from Optimum Cable on Long Island!). And the maid forgot to pass on a phone message one day about a tee time so we were a bit late to the golf course, but it was not a catastrophe and got sorted out. Small issues and inconsequential while on vacation in this beautiful setting in paradise.
I would highly recommend this villa.....indeed, we are already making plans for our next visit and can't wait to return!
My wife and I have had the pleasure of renting this magnificent villa for the past 7 years. Without a doubt, it is the one yearly vacation we most look forward too. The villa is situated with expansive views of the ocean and within walking distance of the community's expansive private beach. Furthermore, if you are a tennis player, this is the place for you. As to the villa itself, I can't think of better place to stay. We always stay in the same lovely room ( we consider it our place) and are on a first name basis with the competent and friendly staff. I consider the dining experiences four star. Can't wait till next years visit.
