A newly renovated and decorated two bedroom two bath home located in a quiet residential neighborhood two miles from Mansota Key gulf beaches and one mile from the Intercoastal Waterway. Fishing charters, boat tours, boat and jet ski rentals just a mile away. Located close to restaurants, shopping centers, local shops and golf courses. This cozy, clean rental has two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with twin beds, perfect for a family of four. Fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, a Florida Room, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Parking for RV or boat. This is a non-smoking house and we are sorry to say that due to insurance liability, pets are not allowed.

Englewood is a small town located south of Sarasota and Venice on the West Coast of Florida. Swim in the gulf, or walk on the beach, rent a boat or a jet ski, go fishing on a charter or fish in the surf. It is all within two miles of this rental. There are a dozen golf courses within 15 miles and most are within 10. Enjoy dining by the river or a cocktail by Lemon Bay. You can take a walk in the two nature parks or take a walk downtown on Dearborn St. There is no lack of daytime activities to keep you busy or you can just relax on the beach. Additional information about rental rates

  • Reservation/Security Deposit: $150 per week up to $300 for 2 weeks or more except during Winter-Spring Season where 50% Reservation Deposit is required.
    All Utilities included up to $150 per month, prorated per week. Overages will be deducted from security deposit.
    Basic Cable TV charges included. Can be upgraded at extra cost for rentals of a month or more. Two month notice prior to arrival required for upgrade. No refunds for early departure during rental period.

    Short Term Rental Agreement Required.
    Balance of Rental Fee due a minimum of 60 days in advance of arrival.
    Credit card accepted via PayPal for an additional fee depending upon rental amount. PayPal invoice will be sent via email. PayPal account is not required for credit card payment. Cancellations must be made 60 days in advance. Cancellation fees are charged in accordance with Short Term Rental Agreement. Check in time is after 4 PM, Check out time is 10 AM.
  • Hurricane Policy: (Englewood has not been hit by a Hurricane in living memory). The renter of the property should be aware that the official hurricane season lasts from June 1st through November 30th of each year.
    1) If there is a hurricane warning in effect for Englewood during your stay that requires a mandated evacuation of the area you will receive a refund for the unused days while the mandated evacuation is in effect.
    2) If there is damage to the property or a power outage during your intended stay and the dwelling is uninhabitable you will receive a refund for the unused nights.
    3) If the property is rendered uninhabitable and you choose to cancel the remainder of your stay you will get a refund for the unused nights.
    4) If in advance of your intended stay there is damage to the dwelling that renders it unihabitable you may cancel your booking with a full refund
