This wonderful beach house is almost new! Located a short 100 steps to the sand. Highly upgraded single family home with bamboo flooring throughout but luscious carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen boasts silestone counter tops with maple cabinets. All upgraded Kitchen Aid appliances for the chef in you. Relax on one of the three balconies, enjoying ocean views and the Seaworld fireworks. The downstairs deck has patio set with BBQ. Large flat panel television with CD/DVD and surround sound in living room. All three bedrooms have televisions too. Don't forget your computer - we have DSL and/or Wi-Fi computer access. We provide all you would need for a relaxing getaway: washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, all linens, and beach stuff. Yes beach stuff - chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. Even an outdoor shower to rinse off or just plain cool off. Don't forget we have a two car garage. A true rarity at the beach.

The Wave offers you the chance to ride simulated waves even when the ocean is flat. Seaworld and the world famous San Diego Zoo just a short drive away. Hop on over to downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter for the best location in fine dining and nightclubs. Enjoy shopping and fantastic Mexican food in Old Town. San Diego is also home to The Wild Animal Park and Legoland. Don't forget to enjoy the wonderful vineyards of Temecula (15 or so) about an hour north inland.

There were 7 of us and it was perfect, everything we needed for a fun vacation.My family was very impressed with everything about the rental!!!! We walked to the beach every night just to sit and look at the ocean. We would recommend to everyone we know.Tip: you can rent bikes by the week for a small amount.World Famous has Fabulous food right on the beach!

This home was fabulous. The owners thought of everything. The description was right on. The living room was a little small for 9 people (6 adults and 3 children) but we were having too much fun to notice! The short walk to the beach is perfect especially with the chairs and beach toys the home provides. We enjoyed the home for a week and didn't have any troubles. Short walk to restaurants and walking. Try the Wave House (south of home on boardwalk) for the best breakfast ever or World Famous (north of home on boardwalk) for lunch or dinner.
