This place is amazing with lots of space for everyone to enjoy eachother. The master is to die for with special rope lighting to help you relax. A private deck with a 2 person lounge chair and an ocean view. The bottom floor has to bedrooms that are spacious too. The luxury linens and towels, make you feel like your at a Hilton. You won't be disappointed with the beach access and location, I've been 3 years to the same area it doesn't get much closer. You have plenty of space for big family meals and lots room to be alone on one of the many decks, if that's your desire. The pool/spa are features that make you feel like royalty. You have beach toys of all kinds, plus chairs and other misc. items that you can cart to the beach and shower off when you get home w/ the outside shower. This place look small on the outside, but it's huge on the inside and has a living and family room so there is plenty of space for all. Top appliances/ bathrooms with rainheads are wonderful -bedding top of the line. For my family, it's the Location - Location -Location. Now you take a turn. You'll be a short walk from the Whales Tail, the friendly owner will assist you in any way, the place was clean, no way you could be disappointed in that, for the kids and adventure people a rock climbing wall ina the water is bit down the beach and a water trampoline for a small fee for the day, there are the outlets for the shopper you bring and don't for get sandestin for the golfers. I ecommend Bruno's Grocery, just 2 blocks down the street for all your needs. The kitchen is great, people leave all of there extra stuff, so go and see what's there before you load up on plates, papertowel, trashbags and etc., from the wal-mart. There is a sound system that is in everyroom and out by the pool that teenagers will love. I would bet any amount of money your family will enjoy this place. 2 bed in one of the down stairs bedrooms is great for the kids, the master is a treat, and the 3 bedroom is great too, with the fold out couches you won't run out of room.
