I am happy to say that construction of our private beach access has just been completed since its destruction three years ago from our hurricane encounter.This private two story home is located on a large private lot and is considered a prime vacation spot for people of all ages.The nation's largest designer's outlet mall 'Silver Sands', which features more than 100 name brand designer stores is only minutes away. Additional attractions withinn close proximity include, is the Destin Commons, another great shopping spot that you'll definetly want to visit,Go Karts, watersports, waterpark, movie theatres, restaurants and eateries....everything one could possibly want to do is just minutes away.

Nothing was sacrifified with the designing and decorating of this newly rennovated cottage.. With both comfort and beauty in mind, all furnishing were carefully selected so that our family and guests could experience and enjoy tje feeling of peaceful, cottage living.This two story is equipped to handle up to 12 guests if desired. The 1st floor contains two beautfully decorated bedrooms, one which contains two queen sized beds and the other with one queen bed. This floor also contains : a living area that has a queen sleeper sofa and a wet bar : two bathrooms w/ rainhead shower heads; and a laundry room with washer, dryer and built in iroing board. A HDTV w/ built in DVD and VCR players are located in each bedroom and living area. On the second floor is a spacious kithen, equipped w/ top of the line appliances and utensils, a beautifully furnished living room which contains two glider/swivel chairs and another queen sleeper sofa;; Master's quarters w/ king size bed and rope lighting.

Step out of the kitchen or living room onto a semi wrap around porch... the porch outside of the kitchen contains an additional table and chairs where you can enjoy an earlier morning cup of coffee while overlooking the refreshing private pool/ spa. The private balcony off the Master Bedroom is a wonderful escape to enjoy the peacefulness of the cool breeze while relaxing in the comfort of the reclining double lounger or the wicker rocking chair. Or if you prefer the pool side, relax in a lounge chair or on swing overlooking the pool. Or, grab a float out of the storage shed and relax in the water.Want to picknic outside? Start the gas grill w/ self ignitor that is located by pool and ......grab the fold up table out of the storage shed. Just about everything you will need is provided for your convenience and enjoyment at our cottage.
