Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado, THE LIFT is walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift, the Lacima Mall and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The free shuttle and Town Trolley are located in front of the Village at Breckenridge. An outdoor swimming pool and four hot tubs (2 inside and 2 outside) are in the Columbine Recreational Center located about 50 yards from the building. A stackable washer/dryer is located within the unit. There is covered parking for one car.

The unit sleeps six persons comfortably, but may accommodate as many as ten. There are three newly remodeled bathrooms and two bathrooms (see Floor Plan). It is designed like a suite with a main hallway that has two bedrooms and a living area. The main hallway is equipped with ski racks which provide quick and secure access to your skis. Both bedrooms are equipped with a phone, cable TV, and sliding glass doors to an outside balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed.

Amenities: The condo complex is situated on a quiet cul de sac. There is covered parking for 2 cars in tandem right in front of the complex. The unit is on the second floor of the middle building. Amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the recreation center at the end of this cul de sac. Main Street Breckenridge is only 100yards away, so close in fact we could almost list it as an amenity with it shops and restaurants. Please call us and let us help you plan your ski vacation. We have also negotiated discounts on lift passes, shuttles, and rentals and are able to pass these on to our guests.

Exceeding Expectations

We absolutely loved the place and plan on coming back next year. When we walked in we couldn't believe the attention to detail in furnishing. When we woke up in the morning we got to see the view and it was fantastic. This is absolutely the best location in town. Walking to the chairlift was a breeze and we were so close to town we got to try most of the restaurants.

Owner's Response: I sometimes joke that if this unit doesn't just wow you I'll give your money back. This group had a massive snowstorm which resulted in some of the best Christmas skiing conditions. Our condos are furnished with the guest in mind. We like to keep our guests happy and coming back year after year.

Owner's Response: Everyone seems to love this location since it is close to town but not too close. So you get the benefit of being near the hustle and bustle of town with a short 2 min walk without having to hear it if you want to sit back and relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountain.

Great Condo

We’ve stayed at the Lift condos several times now and loved it every time. Great in winter for easy walk to Peak 9 base area and jump right onto the lift there - no need to drive or get on a bus at the end of the day either. Also super easy to walk into town in summer and winter for food, drinks, ice sculptures, shopping, whatever you want to do. From the unit we stayed in, we could see the peaks and ridges above the ski slopes, lots of light. Unit we’ve been in was very spacious. We had 3 huge bathrooms in our 2 bdrm unit. The kitchen is so amazing words cannot describe it. Everything in it is top notch. Overall great place to stay!

Well Equiped Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condominium. It was exactly what I had requested. We have 3 young children and it had as stackable washer & dryer which saved us countless trips to the laundry facilities. The hot tub complex was only 50 yards away - so we could actually enjoy it. It was spacious and nicely decorated and so well equipped that we did not even need to use the croc pot we brought with us. It was close enough to the main street to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. We are looking to rebook again in the summer of 2009.

The Excellent Condo in Amenities and Location

Our family has been vacationing at The-lift for several years. The condo is open, and affords spacious living. The rooms are very well equipped as well as a kitchen that is also well stocked. The three updated bathrooms were wonderful because it allowed us to get an early start in the day. Relaxation from a full day of skiing, was a pleasure to chill-out and put some steaks on the gas grill on the deck and listen to the stereo or watch one of the 3 TVs. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were not the usual white. As the owner says, this was truly a home away from home

Loved the Lift

Mike Sheikh was a pleasure to work with in booking this location. The unit was better than expected. Very clean and updated. All of the necessary items were provided. Great location. Short walk to the lift. Mike was especially helpful in securing lift tickets and ski rentals at a discount. We plan on booking this location next year.
