Exceptional Value! Beautiful, newly renovated South-End first floor home located at 3829 West Avenue (ocean side of West) provides three very clean, spacious bedrooms and sleeps eight.

Tastefully decorated and immaculately well-kept, this condo features a fully-stocked brand-new kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, ceiling fans in each room, central air, 2 updated bathrooms, TVs in two bedrooms and the living room, along with DVD and Wireless internet capability.

For your convenience, there is also an Air mattress, a private enclosed outdoor shower, a front porch with furniture and a large laundry room with storage including a washer and dryer. Off-street parking in rear, with ample parking located on street in front of house.

This home is located a very short walk to the lovely 39th Street beach, which is a lifeguard protected area. Ocean City’s beaches are clean and spacious! Four (4) beach tags are included with your rental. Property is also located four blocks from a large family playground, including tennis and basketball courts.

The 34th street area includes family restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and a large supermarket. Ocean City has many family attractions including a wonderful boardwalk with amusements, mini-golf, a water park and a Music Pier with entertainment.

The Downtown shopping district includes blocks of fun shops and excellent restaurants! Many other island attractions such as deep-sea fishing, jet ski rentals, and golf courses are close by. We are also located only 25 minutes from the casinos and excitement of Atlantic City.

Tenants must provide their own bed linens (one queen bed, one double bed, three twin beds) and towels. Four (4) beach tags will be provided and must be returned prior to departure. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-out 10:00 a.m. No pets and No smoking allowed. We rent to families only, no senior week or prom group rentals.

What a wonderful beach house! The location is just blocks from the beach and close to area restaurants and shops. It is decorated very nicely and is clean and comfortable. I would definitely plan a week vacation here!

Great little getaway place. Close to the beach, with a nice sunset view over the bay. The pictures, while accurate, don't do it justice. Very comfortable and well set up. Owners are easy to work with. Highly recommend this property to families, couples or a group of friends looking for a week at the shore. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and playground with tennis and basketball courts in addition to the beach. Can't wait to go back, especially in the off season.
