The upper two floors makeup another complete unit with four bedrooms, two baths and living, dining, and kitchen areas and washing machine and dryer - great for two families sharing a vacation.

Large porches, a private fenced-in pool, easy beach access and wonderful gulf views make this house a perfect family vacation spot.

The house is also located 2 miles from Grayton Beach and 4 miles from Seaside and Water Color. There are sidewalks the entire distance to these locations, so a family bike ride is a perfect get away from the beach.
