My family just spent Christmas through New Year's in this home and we really enjoyed it. The view is fabulous, the home furnished well and warmly, we were glad for the gas fireplace as there was a foot of snow when we arrived. We didn't utilize the gym or pools as the hours were short and the weather and holidays affected the days open, so we can't comment on that. The stairs would definitely be a challenge for some, so be aware if you have small children, elderly or disabled in your group. We were glad for the exercise to work off the holiday snacks!

Owner's Response: Our last guests of the year made their plans 12 months ago and were on time with all our deadlines. It was a joy to share our home with them knowing it would be filled with love at the holidays. It has been a pleasurable 2008 and we have been very fortunate to have had wonderful and thoughtful guests. Each and every group had different positive comments, but we see the trend, the view, the view, the view. From the hot air balloons, the returning robins,
thunder and lightening, sunrises, falling snow, and city lights, it's an ever changing vista that nourishes the soul. Thank you all! We look forward to your return, as well as new groups searching for someplace special to share a memory.
