Our townhouse is brand new, built in May of 2007. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms a two car garage and has a home security system that is monitored by Brinks Security Systems. Each bedroom has a 27 inch television and its own bathroom. In the living room there is a 61 inch LCD/HD DLP Panosonic television with stylish over sized comfortable furniture to relax on. The kitchen is well appointed with up graded appliances and plenty of storage space. Our home is located in Verona Walk, a gated community located on Route 951 in beautiful Naples, Florida. Verona Walk has a town center with a full service bank, beauty salon, car wash, post office and restaurant. There are two pools, a 24 hr fitness center, tennis courts and a basketball court. In addition, there are miles of beautiful walking trails within the community. Our home is minutes from world famous 5th Avenue, Tin City, Naples Pier and Marco Island is 15 minutes away.

We spent 4 months here while working in Naples. This townhouse is immaculate and the Veronawalk has lots of activites for all ages. The house has everything you will need to be comfortable. Naples and Marco Island are amazing places full of things to do. Anyone who stays here will be happy!

Our 8th year renting our vacation get away and another winner! Perfect for our Senior situation, and family get together with kids. House was very clean, well stocked and great location to all attractions and activities. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.
