The home has beautiful new furnishings throughout with a western flair. It is truly a spiritual retreat and a perfect family or romantic getaway. One of the special features of the home is the wall to wall pictures windows giving spectacular views of wildlife and nature especially early morning and at dusk. Phoenix Rose Cottage is a second home for family and close friends. We occasionally rent the cottage so that you too may share in the uniqueness it has to offer. Cottage located in highly desirable South Sedona.

Payment can be paid by check US dollars, credit card via PayPal or money order to hold the reservation. Cancellations accepted in writing, up to one month (45 calendar days). Prior to arrival for a full refund. Notice must be given in writing. Cancellation within one month, rent is nonrefundable. Please contact us for rates and availability.

This home turned out to be the best rental property I have experienced. It is a beautiful home, clean, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. We immediately felt at home. We ate all our meals there, using the BBQ each evening and enjoyed the fireplace as well. The owners were delightful to talk with and were very obliging. Would highly recommend this property and I would love to go back again and spend more time. We certainly enjoyed the surrounding area - shopping, hiking, etc.

The Phoenix Rose Cottage in the Village of Oak Creek is a perfect place to stay while in Sedona. It's a beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. The owners were extremely helpful prior to our arrival, providing valuable information on resturants, shopping and sightseeing trips. We took a Pink Jeep tour and would recommend the Broken Arrow trip. A trip to the town of Jerome is also a must. A few resturants to try would be Cucina Rustica, which is not far from the house, and the Cowboy Club, which is in uptown Sedona. Also, a drive up the Oak Creek Canyon is a must. Sedona is the most beautiful place we have visited and the Phoenix Rose Cottage is the place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Way to Celebrate 50th Birthday!!

My husband and I just spent a long weekend at this property to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a fantastic time. Sedona is a beautiful area and the home was perfect! The location is great, the home is beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable to stay in, not a single thing missing. The hosts were very communicative and very accessible. We will definitely return to this home and I have recommended it to all my friends.
