It is all about the view and with three balconies our condominium has a view from every room! Our beautifully furnished condominium boasts a balcony and a wall of windows in every room. You cannot beat the views in this second-floor unit. The master bedroom, the living room, and the dining room all overlook the spectacular Gulf of Mexico while the the two remaining bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the pool. You must be at lest 25 years old to make a reservation. Credit card processing fee 3%

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I, our grown daughters and their husbands, and our grandchildren spent a week on the beach. The description of the condo were very accurate: on beachfront, within short walking distance to beach, beautiful, clean swimming pool, and close to down town Port Aransas. The entire condo facility was very well kept. We found it to be absolutely perfect and would recommend to all; especially families with small children. Daily activities for younger children was a nice way to get out of the sun for awhile. We plan on returning again soon.

Incredible family vacation!

We loved our Seagull condo, with the beach on one side and the pool on the other. The staff was friendly, the condo was incredibly spacious and well decorated, and everything we were looking for was right at hand. We could not have asked for a better pool area for the kids.

Overall the property was clean and well maintained. Because we had the cleaning fee waived, we did need to sweep and clean a little, but it still was not too bad. If that sort of thing is really important to you I suggest you pay the fee and make it clear to the agent upon booking.

We had two small children with us, and the only real concern we had was the jellyfish on the beach at the time, but I don't know if that might be seasonal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away and would recommend it to any of our friends.
