This vacation rental home located in Venice, Florida is a beautiful 2000 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, single family home which will sleep six with a large in-ground caged heated pool, with the most spectacular view overlooking a lake and five fairways of the golf course on a quiet cul-de-sac.
A computer & printer connected to high-speed broadband Internet service are in the house.
The Master Bath has a handicapped accessible shower and was updated in 2014. The home is beautifully decorated with new furniture. Pet and smoke free. All the comforts of home wiht a fully equipped modern kitchen (updated in 2014) and laundry. 8 golf courses within 10 minutes from house.
Recreation Activities: The City of Venice operates six public tennis courts, well-lit for evening play in downtown Venice, and two at a nearby county park. There are also numerous public and private clubs which offer clay and hard court tennis. There are about a dozen golf courses in the area. The Venice Fishing Pier, located behind Sharky's Restaurant, is an ideal place for inshore fishing. For the more-adventurous angler, however, charter operations abound. Summer is an ideal time to catch tarpon in nearby Boca Grande Pass, one of the most exciting fishing spots in all of Florida.
