This beautiful Lake Havasu home, located on the north side of town, is just minutes from launch ramps and London Bridge Village. There is plenty of boat and RV parking space. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious enough to accommodate your entire party. The TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, laundry room, BBQ, boardgames, darts, ping pong, & horseshoes are additional amenities. The stereo system has speakers/volume control in each room, garage, and back patio. Want privacy? Retreat to one of the three bedrooms: one master suite, complete with a king sized bed, sitting area, TV/VCR, access to the back patio, large walk-in closet, double sinks, and huge walk-in shower; second master bedroom offers a king sized bed, TV/DVD, access to backyard, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower; third bedroom has a queen sized bed and is located directly next to the third bathroom. Also, the sofa opens to a queen sized bed, making this home a very comfortable getaway for eight people.
