This family friendly property is the perfect place to spend a weekend or week enjoying the fresh mountain air of South Lake Tahoe. This cozy 2 bedroom home is close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The 2 bedrooms provide privacy for up to 4 guests while another 2 can sleep in the living room by the fire.

The outdoor deck provides a great place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine and relax under the pine trees. Sit under the umbrella at the table and chairs while you watch the BBQ. Curl up on the private patio to read or just share a fire with someone special.

!!! Summer renters enjoy a pass to a private beach only minutes away from the house!!!

SPRING UPDATE:

***Plan Early - Spring Special - all nights are only $99 from April 15th through June 15th.***

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

* Maximum occupancy 6 people on basic nightly rate.

* Rates do not include non-refundable $75 Cleaning Deposit

* 2 night minimum stay required year around

* Refundable Security Deposit of $300 required.

* Pets allowed with advance permission. Additional $25 per pet cleaning fee charged.

* Cancellation: Full Refund if 30 days prior notice (60 days for Holidays).

* 50% of fees due 60 days prior to arrival, 100% charged at 30 days prior to arrival.

Why Christina Faulkner chose Bijou Acres

We love coming up to SLT to relax, head down to the beach or up to the slopes. Having a nice glass of red wine on the deck in front of the fireplace is a fabulous way to spend an evening too!

What makes this house unique

We are lucky enough to be close to it all. The marina, slopes, beaches, and casinos are all 2 miles away or less. We also love being next to Bijou Park where we play frisbee and regular golf in the summer and snowshoe and cross country ski in the winter. It's only two blocks away!

This was our second stay at this home to celebrate my birthday with my family. My husband, 2 babies, brother and parents all stayed. Love all the movie choices, books, games and snow toys. Great location. We had the BBQ and propane heater going and it was a really great weekend at a really great house!

We rented this house for 3-days skiing vacation.
The place is very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen.
Great video collection.

We enjoyed this house immensely! Close enough to casinos and shopping, yet off the path from traffic and tourists! Clean and well cared for, and the pine trees are the ones that smell like cookies! We will be back again! Thank you for an easy transaction too!

This house was perfect for our family- my husband and I, our 13 year old and almost 2 year old twins. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.
