Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Lovely, and Spacious - 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,080 square feet - a great location in a tree-filled, well lighted complex of 200 units total.

This is a comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom condo (lower unit) located in the heart of charming Rancho Bernardo, an upscale and established neighborhood in northern San Diego county about 25 minutes from the airport. It's a well-maintained condo development set in peaceful, whispering pines. 2 minutes from restaurants, Starbucks, shopping, groceries, the freeway (Interstate 15) and lots of fun! This condo is easily accessed (2 steps to front door), has vaulted ceiling in the living room and is VERY nice inside - spacious and great light. Black appliances, stainless fridge, laminate hardwood flooring, fresh paint, newer furniture and window covering, central AC and Forced-Air gas Heat, Corian countertops for the kitchen and breakfast bar, large master bedroom with queen pillow top mattress, a BIG walk-in closet, and master bath with shower, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, hall bath with tub/shower combo, full size washer/dryer, custom tile in kitchen, entry and both baths.

There is a private patio with small table and chairs, and a gas grill. A very nice and cozy place. The landscaping is well-maintained and the complex is well-lit at night with walking paths through the Pines. There are 2 pools, 2 spas, one of each close by. Parking is one covered space (C 239), one open space (O 272) 25 feet from your front door. Back patio opens to a large green space and play structure, great for young kids.

Mail service is available for longer stays. Wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, Phone has free local and long distance. Just like home!

We rented this condo for a month. Found it very clean and very comfortable. The area was safe and many local amenities, such as shopping, restaurants, banks etc. The owner provides many of the basic necessities so that was appreciated. Comfortable beds and there was room for our grandkids to stay with us while we were there. Highly recommend.
