This one bedroom 9th floor condo enjoys breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and sunset views. It is a 1 bedroom efficiency with a queen sized sleeper sofa that is located at the quiet southern end of Ft. Myers Beach. It is only one block from shopping, restaurants and marina and minutes away from other recreational activities such as golf, fishing, parasailing, jet skiing and Casino cruises. Many churches, a library, movie theater, miniature golf and bowling alley are only minutes away. A completely furnished turnkey apartment for a fun-filled carefree vacation that is only missing one thing -- YOU!

In Bonita Springs is a dog track and Everglades arena for concerts, hockey and special events. In Fort Myers is Thomas Edison’s winter home, several area parks, 2 local professional baseball stadiums, and the Gulf Railroad. In Naples is Wooten air boat rides and Everglades swamp buggy tours. On Sanibel island is awesome shelling, a shell museum and the Ding Darling wildlife refuge.

Everything We Expected

As a family of 3 we were looking for more than just a hotel room and this condo met our expectations. I particularly appreciated working directly with the owner. Ric answered all of my questions accurately and made us a great deal. The unit was clean upon our arrival and we found everything to be in good working order.

The buildings and the grounds in this complex are all well kept and we found the other residents to be friendly and accomodating. We made good use of the trolly that stops just out in front of the property. The location was a great place to relax after spending time in Orlando at the various Disney Locations.
