This cozy condominium by the beach has a Spectacular View of the sparkling city by the sea (Corpus Christi), the USS Lexington,the Harbor Bridge where from your private balcony you will see Ships from all over the world come and leave the Corpus Christi Port. You can clearly see the beach from your balcony and can just walk to it from our property.

This Condo has a new (April 2011) queen size mattress for your rest and comfort. Has a sofa and nice recliner in the living room. Has two TVs, one with built in DVD-VHS. Our TV Cable program supplies us with 100 channels including Showtime.

The property has two pools-1 heated, 2 Jacuzzis, It has several BBQ pits and picnic tables around the premises. We have a privacy fence and Security Personel for your safety. In-room telephone for local & 800 calls. Each of the three floors has coin operated washers and dryers along with soft drink vending machine downstairs.

    Security & Reservation Deposit ---

    $100.00 deposit is non refundable for cancellations of reservation. This security deposit will be refunded provided nothing was lost or broken,smoked or stained, and that our condo is left clean and organized other than washing the linen, in short our condo is to be left as you got it . Additional Cleaning charges could apply if our condo is left a mess. Note: We want to return your full deposit, please leave our place like you got it .

    There is a $10.00 'Registration Fee' at time of Check-In at the office. This is besides the full rental amount and Cleaning fee paid to owner.

    Visa,M.Card,Discover, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders accepted for payment.
    Check in anytime after 3:00 P.M.-Check Out Time is by11:00 A.M. CST.

    Pymts are due in full 10-days before arrival date, 30 days in advance for monthly rentals.

    All pricing can change without notice. Holidays may be a higher rate than adverised regular rates.

    Owner or his agents reserves the right to show the condo should he decide to sell it.
    This would not affect any dealings already made with tenant.

    Notice concerning Tenant loosing room key :
    During office hours tenant may ask office manager for spare key. Office can and will give you spare key if available provided owner of condo approves it. Should Tenant loose the key after office hours--- Tenant will have to pay for a lock smith of owners choice to go open the room and make them another key. NO lock smith may be hired/used without owners permission.

Beach Condo

We found this beach condo to be comfortable and convenient to things of interest. We walked on the nice beach and enjoyed the view of Corpus Christi Bay and downtown Corpus.

Just to let you know we have now added a phone to the room for local and 800 numbers and, we switched out the TV in the livingroom with a new one that has built in DVD and VCR player.
Hope you stay with us again next time you come down South Texas.

Great Vacation Rental!

This condo is in a great location for all the attractions of Chorpus Christi. The rental was clean, well maintained and provided all the necessary amenities for our stay. We had 3 children and two adults and although the condo is small it is perfect for vacationing. The beach, restaurants and museums were all within walking distance. The downtown area and harbor were also only a few minute drive away and very easily accessed. We loved the proximity of the condo to the beach and took walks almost every day! The kids loved to go to the swimming pool and it never seemed too crowded. We were all very pleased with our rental and would definately recommend it.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Cozy Beach Condo

This condo is exactly as described, nice close to
everything within walking distance to beach.
My family had a great time while on vacation and also
had time to just sit on the balcony and relaxed while
watching the ocean, guiet time for my husband and I.
Stayed 5 nights with my daughter and 3 grandchildren and
truely liked that I had a functional kitchen to make
snacks, small dinners for us to enjoy without having
go out to eat for every meal, that saved us money to
enjoy other activities. The queen size bed, mattress
was amazing to sleep on, no backaches that we get
on beds at some hotels. The two tv's was also great to
have so that we could watch something else besides
what the children wanted to watch. This is the first time
I have written a review because I truely enjoyed my
vacation and hope to go back soon. The owner was
very nice, helpful and accommodated me with all the
information that we needed.

Relaxing vacation in Corpus Christi

We just returned from a 7-day stay at this property and found everything to be as advertised. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and more, DVDs, books, everything for cooking, and best of all a beautiful view of downtown Corpus Christi, the bridge, and the harbor. Just a few steps away from the beach, close to shopping, the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium. The pools were very well maintained and not crowded. The price for the unit was very reasonable. It was so nice to have all the comforts of home instead of a hotel setting. We also liked the fact that it is a gated facility and access was limited to the units and beach area. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had during the rental process and quick to return our deposit after our stay. We would recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable, relaxing beach vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
