Photos and Description of the Singer Island vacation condo rental 2 Bd, 2 BA, sleeps 6, 9th floor apprx. 1500 sq. ft

This totally brand new condo with its 180 degree views of the Ocean and Intracoastal. Both bedrooms also have direct ocean views. The kitchen features SS appliances and granite counters. Granite in both bathrooms also. The floors are marble, wood and carpet (in the bedrooms). 58 inch plasma HDTV in living room also LCD TVs in both bedrooms. The complex sits on 6 acres that are beautifully landscaped and the condo amenities include 2 restaurants (one at the pool/beach and the other on the 42th floor with view of the island) , pool, whirlpool, tennis, clubhouse, game room, exercise room, sauna, shuffleboard, billiards and the widest beach on the island. The bedrooms are a split floor plan.

Singer Island 'The jewel of So. Florida'. Close to everything without the crowds of the big city. Avg. temps in Jan. high of 75 and lows of 60 with water temps of 75 degrees. Golf, tennis, water sports or just escaping the cold. Singer Island in the winter 'priceless' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
