Great Stay

Our time at this property was so relaxing and convenient. We live in Orlando, but needed a two week stay nearby. Helen was extremely helpful and accommodating. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in a home away from home. Rates were very reasonable.
Teenagers and small kids love both the pool and the game room, and there was lots of space for everyone. There were lots of pool toys and lounge chairs. Since there are no neighbors in the back and limited visibility with the neighbors on each side (there was no one there at either place most of the time we were there), the pool seems very private. Plenty of pool towels are stored in the hall closet.
The kitchen is large and well-equipped; every time I thought we’d have to go buy something like a can opener, corkscrew or hair dryer we found that it was all there. Plenty of games and videos are stored under the television in the living room. The pool doors and windows all have alarms, which is essential for pool living. Master bath is large, with nice shower and large tub.
There are lots of great places to eat nearby and many delivery places. Since there are a lot of tourist homes in this neighborhood. The delivery places leave lots of coupons and are familiar with the community.
Disney is closer to this home than to most resorts in the Orlando area. Tampa Bay is also just a short drive. Check out I-Drive and the Universal area (north of Disney by about 10-15 minutes I think) for shopping and extra entertainment.
Access is very easy since there’s a lock box that holds the key; no need to meet any one. Maintenance/pool service comes Monday morning and works quickly without bothering anyone.
