Bridgton Vacation Rental condo

This place was great! It was like being at home with everything you could possibly need. We were three families at this condo last summer. With three floors, many people can live comfortably. As a group, we had children ranging from 4 to 15 years old, and they were all constantly entertained. Meals were easy with the fully equipped kitchen and the grill on the deck. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the tennis courts, the kayaks and the canoe. My daughter’s favorite part was jumping and diving off the platform in the pond. My favorite part was sunbathing with a book. OK, I admit it…it was really the roasted marshmallows on the beach. The teenagers loved the lower floor with the pool table and stereo; and they were especially impressed by all of the big screen TVs and the Xbox. It was so convenient to have a slip right there for the boat that we rented. The pond was huge.
It was the perfect vacation with plenty of relaxation time, gorgeous sunsets, and tons of fun stuff to do. I highly recommend this place. If you come, don’t forget that North Conway is less than thirty minutes away with outlet shopping, entertainment, and great food. Downtown Bridgton is quaint with many antique shops, and Naples is really fun too.

There were eight of us (guys in our early 40s) who got together for a reunion weekend and not only did the condo offer more than enough space it had everything we could have wanted.

The condo was even larger than we anticipated based on the website pictures. The BBQ on the deck was perfect for grilling steaks and burgers, the fireplace in the large living room provided for extra atmosphere and the pool table was an extra bonus!! The flat screen tvs in the living room and basement were ideal for sports watching plus the library of movies.

The dining room table was big enough for all of us when eating and perfect for our friendly game of poker. There were enough beds for each of us and with a couple to spare plus the sofas. The bathrooms were great - especially the master bath! The kitchen had everything we needed.

Bridgton/Shawnee Peak's location was perfect as people came from southern Maine, NH and Mass without having to drive for as many hours as for other ski resorts. Shawnee Peak's night skiiing availability gave us flexibility when we wanted to ski.

The condo is a short walk to Shawnee peak - 1/4 to 1/2 mile. When skiing we loaded skis into one vehicle and drove to parking lot. We had a total of six vehicles; we were able to park four close together and parked the other two in the Shawnee parking lot.

The rate for the condo is a very good value when compared to the slopeside places without being tied down to ski and stay packages. The condo owner has been very accomodating and prompt in communications. It was a great time for all of us and will be making it an annual event!

Two families including my own recently stayed here for a ski/ snowboard getaway. We totaled 12 people ranging from adults, teenagers and a preschooler. With three separate living levels, there was something for everyone while still offering privacy. The condo is stocked with kitchen supplies, bedlinens, towels, large flat screens on each level, pool table, DVD's, puzzles, laundry facilities,.... you don't have to worry about a thing because someone has thought of it all for you! To top it off, Shawnee Peak is practically in your backyard! The staff there was super friendly, they are reasonably priced compared to other ski areas, yet it has a surprisingly varied assortment of terrain for all levels of ability. We're going back next month!
