Notes: This home was designed with summer fun in mind. It has lots of room for a large group plus it has private spaces for all. With two living rooms people can relax on the first floor while other are watching a movie upstairs. Easy to keep clean plus we have weekly house cleaning or more if you want. All I can say this house is truly a Hamptons summer house open, airy and plenty of summer fun. And in the fall and winter months it is a place to get away to. So please come an enjoy.

Everything we expected and way more!

I came in to run the Hamptons Marathon and was pleasantly surprised to find the house is right on the actual course (approx. mile 3 and pretty close to mile 21/22). Very fun for my guests at the house to cheer me on as I ran by!

First of all, the pictures do not do this place justice. This is an amazing house for entertaining. So open with many areas for groups to congregate. Open kitchen and dining area with an adjacent sitting area with a huge sectional and a couch on the main floor. And then another large sitting area upstairs with a TV. Just the basics in the kitchen, so if you want anything specific, you'd better plan on bringing it with you.

Great pool and outdoor area in the back. Very private.... No hot tub, but there are speakers outside - hooked up to the stereo inside, including an iPod hook-up.

I guess it's technically 3 official bedrooms, but the basement adds another bedroom with bunks and a pullout. We were able to slept 10 comfortably and still had an empty bed.

It's definitely walkable to the village, but a bike would be easier/faster. House was clean - inside and out.

The owner went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed for the vacation. Very well connected and well known in the community as well.... I'd definitely recommend "The Cube" to friends and family.

The house is modern and clean and the pool is fantastic. Its maybe 2 miles from town, easy access to amagansett and east hampton both. Highly recommended!

Unexpected Find

This was a great house for a summer share, but would be nice year-round. Despite being "contemporary" it was very warm & inviting and was a nice space for a large group, although there was plenty of privacy too. I didn't realize how nice it would be to have a bathroom for each bedroom - but that was a great feature - especially the huge tub in the master. Town is not too far away, but it's easy to just want to hang out at the pool or relax & talk in the living room or loft. Would definitely go back - enjoy!

Easy living

My husband and I rented the brand new, immaculately clean Cube for May. As my husband is wheelchair bound, this was the perfect place for us: sitting on the deck watching the grandkids play in the enormous pool, or sitting inside the sun-drenched house. The kitchen should have special mention - all new and open to the dining room and living room - we so enjoyed entertaining our family and friends. The kids watched TV up in the loft and we old folks relaxed in the pretty living room.
We had a memorable May and look forward to returning to Cube.

Great Holiday gatawy

This home is great for a family holiday week . Great spaces to be together and lots of places to be alone at the end of the day. Large kitchen, dinner area to have that family dinners. This house is a great place for the family to gather for the holidays. Never thought of the Hamptons as a place for anytime except summer. But staying at this house over the long president week really change my mine and a easy way to get out of town.
