Winter is here and so is the ski season. We are 30 minutes from Windam & Hunter.. A beautiful tri-level contemporary 3,200 sq. ft. house on quiet country road. 3 queen size bedrooms w/ 2 full bathrooms on lower level, 1 bedroom located on 3rd floor artist loft, w/ 1 bathroom. 1/2 bathroom on main floor is 'to die for'.. Located in the beautiful Catskills, between Athens & Cocxsackie @ Sleepy Hollow Lake. Living room has cathedral ceiling w/ ceiling fans, wood stove, 27' TV, DVD, VCR & home theater system. 45' wide screen TV on lower floor. House has glass french doors over looking lake onto the main deck w/ BBQ. Beautiful granite professional kitchen & granite top dining room table. Great swimming, use of canoe, paddle boat for two, kayak, 2 mountain bikes. Community swimming pools, tennis, basketball/boche courts, baseball & driving range. Playgrounds, public beach w/ lifeguards. 24 hr. security. Great family get-away.

My friends and I stayed at this house for New Year's Eve and it was amazing! The house had everything we needed, and was so homey. The owners were also very kind and answered all our questions. The house is situated right on the lake, and has all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be back for the summer so we can enjoy the lake! Thanks so much!

Perfect place to get away!

I spent this past new years with my boyfriend and two other couples in this gem. We wanted a nice, quiet, relaxing getaway and we definitely got that here. The accomodations were very nice, the place was clean and they had all the extras to make this the perfect start to the new year. The snowy view out the window was accented perfectly with the warmth of the fire. The kitchen was our center point - each couple was responsible for meals for one day and we had a lot of fun with it. They had all the supplies on hand you could ask for and there was a Super Walmart and grocery store about 15 minutes away so we were able to stock up on food and drinks. Was a wonderful place to stay!

A wonderful experience

The house, the property, and the lake were more than we could ask for. The house is beautifully decorated with a massive kitchen (fully stocked!), large dining room table that seats 8, and a large deck with a nice gas grill. We swam, boated, grilled, and lounged around for 3 days and it was a perfect distance from the city (2.5 hours!). I definitely recommend this and the price is right for 8 people!
