Located in The White Mountains Waterville Valley area. Close to Loon and Waterville ski areas. Many streams ponds, trails and attractions. Not your standard rental. Huge stone gas fireplace, soaring wood ceilings, Walls of glass over look large deck, Awesome appliances in kitchen with stone counters, Hickory hardwood floors, washer and dryer. All linen and towels included. Bring nothing but food and fun. A great clubhouse is available with 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, tennis, game room, basketball, 2 full lounges with full bar. stocked fishing pond with paddle boats. The list goes on. A true resort. A great home in the perfect location.

We rented this house for an annual girls ski weekend. There were six of us and it was really perfect. The house was a newer construction and very clean. We stayed inside for dinner and the kitchen was beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals.

The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with clean towels. We enjoyed the fireplace, ample seating on the living room sofas, and the dvd player to watch a movie.

The layout was great, with the bedrooms downstairs, people staying up later didn't disturb those who went to bed earlier. The ride to Waterville was a straight shot and easy to find.

I highly recommend this house and would come back again next year, or maybe come again and bring my family.

Nelson family enjoyed a short break in summer 2010

It was a hard slog driving up from Boston, but when we arrived (a few wobblies en route despite good directions as it is pretty rural) we felt we really could relax. The house was lovely, comfortable and just as described. The "meeter and greeter" didn't turn up on day 2, but we managed well enough. The deck was great in the sun, the barBQ or kitchen great for meals & the bonfire outside a great place in the evening for toasting marshmallows. We enjoyed having access to the club and used the facilities nearly every day. The staff there were really friendly and helpful - but be sure not to forget the membership cards! The hire car was needed to get there. The nearest store was back in the village off the highway but was well stocked with good opening hours. Our family (Dad, Mum and two girls 15 & 16) all had a good time but didn't see any moose or bears despite keeping our eyes open! Our wee break was just too short and we'd all have loved to spend longer there.

Beautiful Christmas Getaway

We spent Christmas in this beautiful house. Everything was great, the house is very clean and welcoming.Has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
The kitchen has all you possibly can think of to cook a nice meal,the bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean.
The owners are very nice and friendly, they even had the house decorated for the Holidays.
Overall I can say it is one of the best places we've rented.
We definitely would love to go back.
We highly recommend this house.

A Wonderful Ski Weekend Getaway

From the moment we arrived, when we were greeted by the housekeeper, we felt like welcomed guests. The accomodations were spacious, clean and well decorated. We immediately knew that the house was exactly what we were hoping it be.

Each evening there was a light snow and the wooded views over the deck were beautiful. A perfect mountain retreat and just a short drive to Waterville Valley where we went skiing each day.

Mark was very flexible and easy to work with - especially since we didn't plan very far in advance. We are very grateful to Mark and Michelle for sharing their home with us.

The kids enjoyed the house as much as we did. We look forward to returning when we can spend more time.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This is a wonderful house in a great location. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure your visit is truely exceptional. From the frosted beer mugs to the fresh linens we had everything we needed for a great weekend. We did some spring skiing at Waterville Valley and then the guys took the kids to the pool for a swim while the ladies enjoyed a drink on the deck.
What I liked best was that the house didn't feel like a "rental", it felt like a home. Thank you for sharing it with us.
