HEAR THE WAVES in Sundial S404. Our vacation home is newly decorated, spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo located at the exclusive family Sundial Beach Resort. The condo has a BREATH-TAKING, PANARAMIC VIEW overlooking the pool out to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sunset skies. The kitchen area has been opened to the spacious living room and dining room for a 'great room' effect. There is a triple stack sliding door leading out to the screened lanai and an unbelievable direct Gulf View. It has a top floor location (elevator right by) for an expanded view of the gulf. This condo is just steps to the beach, great for families with children!!

Over 65% of the island is conservation land, including Ding Darling wildlife refuge & Bird Sanctuary (canoe or bike through). No building is over 4 stories. Excellent unique restaurants, tropical casual to fine dining. Over 12 miles of beach and 26 miles of dedicated bike trails. Enjoy the many adventures from sea life excursions & sunset cruises, charter fishing to shopping at the many wonderful shops on Sanibel or Sanibel Factory outlet mall. Once you collected all your shells, visit the Bailey-Matthews shell museum to find out about your new collection. Take a day trip into Fort Myers and visit the Ford-Edison museum or drive over to Naples. We also have very nearby golf.

Saturday to Saturday rentals

• Deposit is $300, which is subtracted from final payment
• We accept credit cards and wire transfer for deposit and final balance
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation - $100 nonrefundable
• If canceling less than 90 days, then the money is refunded if the unit is rebooked
• Check in 3:00pm/Check out 10:00am – Saturday to Saturday rentals
• Additional Sundial amenities available for $25 per day/adult, subject to change

I have the ability to rent other three bedroom condos in the Sundial Resort complex. The condos are vacation homes that are family friendly, each furnished with full kitchen, washer & dryer, 4 TVs, DVD & VCR players, stereo, movies, games, books, a high chair, travel crib and beach towels & chairs. Notes: Our vacation homes are family friendly, each furnished with full kitchen, washer & dryer, 4 TVs, DVD & VCR players, stereo, movies, games, books, a high chair, travel crib and beach towels & chairs and sand toys in each of the units. We have installed all the luxuries of a vacation. Each condo has a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest, 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Sundial Resort is centrally located on Sanibel Island's Middle Gulf Drive. As a private owner guest you always have free access to 4 gulf-side heated swimming pools, BBQ grill, High Speed WIFI and miles of pristine white sandy beach to explore. You also have the option to purchase additional Sundial Resort amenities for $25/day/adult, kids free with paid adult - 3 day minimum.
