Sundial Resort is a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo that has a wonderful panoramic direct gulf view. The condo is newly renovated with new kitchen & bath cabinets, granite counter tops and new tile and paint. There is a triple stack sliding door spanning the full length of the living room and dining room that leads out to the screened lanai and an unbelievable direct Gulf View. It has a top floor location (elevator right by) for an expanded view of the gulf. Hear the waves in our condo. This unit is also newly decorated, spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo located at the exclusive family Sundial Beach Resort. The condo has a breath-taking view out to the Gulf, overlooking the pool. This condo is located one unit from the beach and one floor up. Excellent location to the beach and pool, making the margarita run very easy!!

Once you collected all your shells, visit the Bailey-Matthews shell museum to find out about your new collection. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. We stayed in your Sundial Resort S404 condo and our friends stayed in your Sundial Resort Q205 condo. The rooms and lanai were actually larger than we even hoped. We loved every minute and sooooooooooo disappointed when we had to leave. As we wrote in the guest book in the condo, our stay was fabulous. The pack and play and the high chair were very useful for the baby. Sanibel is a beautiful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing vacation. The beach towels and chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc were all enjoyed to the maximum by our 5 year old who spent his days between the beach and the pool. We met some lovely families with children the same age, so the kids really had fun. The beach was wonderful and loved the view off the balcony..many sunrise pictures and bike rides were taken. We WILL be contacting you again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation - Kathy
