Located on Boca Ciega Bay, this three year old Waterfront Condo/Hotel offers Luxury Accommodations at affordable prices! Our 1 Bed/ 1 Bath unit sleeps up to 4 guests, a king size bed, and queen sleeper sofa. 32 inch flat screen in the bedroom and the living room has a 37' flat screen with Blue-ray. Large sliding glass doors open to the over-sized balcony with table 4 chairs and lounger with beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay! Many luxury amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, granite counter tops and Internet access (wireless). The resort itself offers an elevator and stairs for access to each floor, over-sized pool deck with heated pool and jacuzzi, exercise room and fishing dock! Also there are 2 bicycles, fishing poles and small tackle box for your use while staying with us. Within minutes from many Local & National restaurants, The Green Iguana Restaurant is located next door

  • $250 deposit required payable by credit card, money order or PayPal. $500 deposit for monthly rentals.
    Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Balance on monthly rentals to be paid 45 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation policy: cancel prior to 72 hours prior to arrival there is a $50 administration fee. Cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival you forfeit all monies collected

    Monthly Cancellation Policy: cancel prior to 30 days of arrival there is $50 administration fee. Cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival you forfeit all monies collected

    No refund for early departure.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Boca Ciega. We loved the condo, it was fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The little things are what matter! Not only was the unit clean and neat, but the owner provided coolers, fishing poles, a crab trap, even tackle! That means a lot to me because fishing is my hobby. Having binoculars handy was a plus for my husband who loved watching the boats come into the marina. Having pool towels and extras just made the condo really comfortable and a cut above other places we have stayed. The pool was clean as well as the hot tub, the owner as well as the personel provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We didn't go to any attractions, only LATTITUDES restaurant in Madiera Beach, and enjoyed eatng there. I know anyone staying here will have a wonderful time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful view over looking the water

Property was perfect for our relaxing getaway. We scene dolphins playing right outside our balcony, couple of times during our stay. Unit had every thing you would need and some nice extras. Unit was exactly as pictures showed, we will come back again.

This condo was just perfect for us. It was very convenient to everything. It was very clean and quiet. We had a great view of the bay and the balcony was perfect for relaxing and dining. The pool and hot tub were very nice and not crowded. There were bikes which we used on the trail across the street. Fishing equipment was also available. There is a fishing dock, but no cleaning station.
We did catch and release. The beach (Madeira) is just down the road a few miles. Would definately go back when we can.
