Description of the Hiawassee vacation townhome rental
Located less than 5 minutes from the heart of town, this 3 BR/3 Bath luxury townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with breakfast bar, stone/gas-log fireplace, dining area & a balcony overlooking the lake, all located on the main level. Also on this level is a 3rd Bedroom, which has been set up as a TV viewing/media room with Internet access and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The upstairs has 2 Queen suites, one which has a private balcony with spectacular views and a huge Master Bath with jetted Jacuzzi tub. The over-sized garage could easily house both a vehicle and boat trailer. The townhouse comes with it's own Boat Slip, just a short walk from your door. There's plenty of parking, easy access to the main roads and a covered pavilion near the water's edge, with picnic tables, where guests can barbecue and hold family gatherings. Sunsets over the lake are awesome! Lake Levels not guaranteed.

Boaters paradise! In addition to a private boat slip on property, there is also a public marina just minutes away.
You'll enjoy the convenience to whitewater rafting, kayaking and tubing, either locally or in nearby Tennessee and North Carolina. Also nearby is the scenic Alpine village of Helen and the Cabbage Patch Doll Factory in Cleveland. You can pan for gold or tour gold mines in historic Dahlonega. Hike the near-by Appalachian Trail, visit Vogel State Park, Ana Ruby Falls or Brasstown Bald (the highest mountain in Georgia) Also close to Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, home of the 'Fall Festival' as well as the site for top music entertainment.
